Works well w/ 1 flaw. I'm really baffled why every other review but mine is 1 star? wouldn't reconnect & constantly offline? Weird. I've never had either issue. I do recall reading strong wifi signal or needs to be pretty close to the router. I have really strong signal and signal boosting pods in farthest rooms from router. Think thats why i don't have this problem? So boost your signal! Only lissue Ive had is not being able to get the app to transmit my voice through camera but done need it.

Time set is difficult because it doesn't give anything but GMT time zone. Also, I can't set the correct date. This app is not easy to navigate. I think I'd rather have the Ring doorbell as a nanny cam. Y'all got some work to do on this. I was truly looking forward to using this and I'll still use it and make do. But if anyone asks me about it, I'll tell them just what I said here!! Very disappointing😣

Took multiple resets and attepts to connect to the wifi (the router was 5 ft away). After 2 hours of attempting to set up, finally get into the user interface of the app and it says device is offline. Even though im staring at it plugged in with the red light blinking

Can't link to camera unless app stays open and active with wifi on. Usless a far with no wifi. Even in home same issue unless wifi and app remains on. Charge only last 48 hrs if not less. You have to reset most of time to use. Basicly climbing up on a ladder every 2 days to charge and reconnect or reset. Its not the time for this product. My anti-spyware detect easedropping from this app out to a unknown server. It block out going information to " foreign based server" CAUTION

I'm very disappointed with the app,and the camera. I bought a ceiling fire alarm camera and I thought it would cover the small room its in and it doesn't. It covers only where the camera is pointing. Smh no good.. Also it lags and sometimes I'm home watching the camera on my.pjonr and it goes offline while my wifi is working perfectly fine.. smh very disappointed 😞

This app really needs an overhaul. If you don't touch in just the right spot to select something it doesn't work. Make a better app. I'll be sure to rate the frame on amazon too.

It's functional but needs major improvments. lacks basic functions like powering down your device, show the space left on SD card, more than 60 second record time among others. Wish this device used BVCAM, or gave me the option to use other apps.

Terrible app! When running night vision it disconnects so I cant use it and makes it useless. You have to be watching the live feed in order to record. Its basically a useless app please use another app if your cam has one.

This app would not open the motion detection video. It would only record to the album. And the album shows no way to share the videos or even to discard them.

The unit won't do anything. No playback. No night vision. It tells me it's recorded movement though. Is there any way to get the old version from august 2020. That version was awsome!

Any idea how to record the video? While watching live video, I can press the button to record and there is a message on bottom saying REC in progress but that video file isn't viewable or available anywhere in the menu options.

horrible, won't connect to my home wifi, they try using an old method of audible-data which fails every time even with volume to max and quiet environment. definitely not a good app for home security

Pretty bad so far. The app doesn't realize the wifi settibgs have been successfully update on the camera, so the set up process never completes. Ugh!

You would Think being on the ceiling you would get this pretty big viewing area....You would be wrong!!! It gives you such a small viewing Area. I was very disappointed in that. Also, I hope you have plenty of to time to get the base back on to the ceiling plate. I've had this security camera right at two weeks and so far, I'm wishing I would have bought something else. Half the time I can't even hear the sound. There is no way this is worth the $119 bucks I paid for it.
