Very disappointed in The latest update. Before it wasn't much use for a reference guide, but I could access my office though it. Now it's a good guide, but I can no longer access my office through it, which was the main reason I used it.
Hate the latest update. I can't access my vitual office anymore.
Worthless. Can't get into virtual office no matter what I do.
Used to be a great app, used it for my ordering etc. Not needed now and will be deleting.

This app USE to work for ordering and changing my monthly ER order...now it's just JUNK 🚮. Don't waste your time with this app folks.
Liked the app before the last update. I liked to be able to manage my monthly ER order now I can't. Why take that away?
Can't access my ER order, couldn't even gave access the first time. Needs improvement 😢😢
I loved this app and originally gave it 5 stars but since the last update it doesn't function properly anymore. When you go to the ailments list they use to have so many options and now it won't go past the appetite. I am greatly saddened by this because this was my main go to app for help with oils.
All of the pictures are broken links. Still needs work. I'll check back after the next update.

It's a scam app. This guy is not involved with Young Living. He is a do Terra rep.
This app stinks!!! I mean, really STINKS! The photos shown regarding this app are fraudulent. I signed in using my YL account number and it looks NOTHING like what is depicted in photos. For each category it lists no more than 6-10 oils, blends, recipes etc. Waste of time!!
I have been in love with this app until recently. It will not open the virtual office so I can do my business and look at my down lines. If it's not fixed I will be deleting it. I hate to do that because it has been a good tool. So please fix it.
The only thing I don't like is you can't use the back button in certain areas or it closes you out.
The oil database section will not open on my android phone. It used to. Also, the app is now draining my battery phone. I will have to Uninstaller til these problems are fixed.
If I could give it a lower rating I would. Do not waste your time downloading this app. None of the links to eo info work. Someone at Young Living should get this off the Play Store. I mean, do they care about their Brand!?
It used to work fine, but not now. Can't scroll past the first few oils or ailments. Reinstall made no difference.
Used to use this app to check my VO and now that's not even an option. Uninstalling and will not be using this app in the future.
I installed twice and it does not work. No graphics, can only get for 5 entries under each category.
Handy for quick reference or to order. Can you change it so when you hit the back button on either the site or your phone, so it won't take you back to the very beginning? That's the only thing I would change. Great app!
This new format is terrible. Very user unfriendly. Previous format was easier to use. Please fix!
Also don't have knowledge or ability to change order or its dates. Can't use the system at all! Terrible app
Worked great on my Galaxy S7, total fail on Moto Z2 Force :(
I can't even sign in anymore, it keeps telling me "this account doesn't exist." Also, I was reading through the disclaimer, and maybe I am ignorant, but I thought doterra and young living were separate companies. So why is this app run by an independent distributor of doterra?
