My contacts is a myCRM, with 5k ppl. Yu can't set up the app unless you sync contacts AND parse through EACH as hot / cold or skip. Worse, if i leave the app, it doesn't remember where you are and you start from the beginning! I've wasted more than an hour clicking "skip" with repetitive finger tapping action only to start over when a notification comes in. PLEASE add two critical app features: ability to skip syncing all contacts during setup, ability to search contacts and add add hoc. Thanks!
Ever since a recent update I have not been able to log in to this app, either on my phone or my tablet. I've tried every possible login, cleared the cache and data, and even reinstalled the app, and I still can't get in. I gave up using the app months ago because of this, thinking that it might get better with a later update, but to no avail. From the reviews, it looks like I'm not the only one with this problem, so fix it please!
There has been a issue for months as I try to send samples to new friends from this app. If I meet someone new and input their information on my phone that info does not sync to the app which makes it IMPOSSIBLE for me to send them a sample. What is that? This road block totally defeats the purpose of have the app on the phone!
need to sign in every time I use it and it treats me like a first time user each time. Most annoying. it's faster to wait till I get home from my work day and use desktop. now it's just a constant buffet, doesn't go anywhere. may be time to uninstall 😣. June 3rd and still no change-- after an exchange with Sound Concepts the app is acting much better for now, it just updated and I'll give it a couple days. Dashboard doesn't load, just buffers and jumps around.
Lots of potential, but so terrible! This is an app that seems to have been created to ease the life of YL members, but with the insane amount of adds popping up and crashing the program every 5 seconds, plus the constant need to sign back in every time you switch between apps (despite that I click the "Keep Me Signed In" button), makes this app barelly functional. May I ask why the insane amount of pop up adds? I am already buying stuff and find it insane that it is set up this way...
This app was great when it worked. It stopped working after the last update. The issue occurs at the handoff to the YL site during the SSO process & now freezes on a white screen. If the developers fix this it will probably be a good app again. 29 july: after emailing the developer I received this as a reply:"the Oauth that YL corp uses to have you sign into for the app has timeout issues which is why you are getting that white page pull up." I recvd a workaround yhat actually works! THANKS!
I got registered to YoungLiving yesterday and then installed the app, but I cannot login, it just keep telling me "incorrect password or username. But I log into my profile/account on the YoungLiving website with the same credentials. I am really looking forward in using the essential oils, but this is a real show stopper.
Great... thanks. it's wonderful the Canadian market is available on the app. A couple other issues though... 1. We're unable to send samples to Canadian addresses, which is really unfortunate... I'd love to send samples to prospects! and 2. It never saves my contacts. Each time i sign in it's like it's the first time and I have to start right from the beginning, and add my contacts.
The app is very slow and images very limited. An easy to access app with all the necessary images in one place would be awesome. But this is not it. Being a business builder, I have to search for images continuesly.
I have this on multiple devices and I can't get it to work fast. It takes me at least 8 minutes to load the virtual office and 8 mins for every click after that, I'm lucky if the pages load. I can't see what I need to and its slow and waste of time.
used this app without issue until the latest android update. this review is from July 2019. now it merely gives me "the white screen of death" and it is totally useless to me. The same issue is also happening with other android using team members. have uninstalled, restarted phone, etc., no change. PLEASE fix this android incompatibility issue!!! then I can update my review. 😁
Too many bugs! I always have to enter my log in information when I click on the Virtual Office link. 95% of the time that link doesn't work and the app receives an error message and closes.
Been using it for years but since last update, Unable to login with my credentials anymore and when I went to reset my password (hoping it would trigger it to work), the reset was sent in a foreign language and I cannot understand it. The app is now useless
Very hard to maneuver. My contacts have to be synced every time I open the app and then half off them aren't accurate. They choose the home number instead of the Cell number to text and no option to change it.
Such a great app for business. Makes sharing info with contacts a breeze. Saves so much time. Only area of improvement would be to ADD MORE GRAPHICS please! Product information or videos. I only really use it to share the catalogue, seed to seal vid, and monthly promo.
None of the resources for sharing are showing up on my app. I get a plain white screen and can't do anything on the app. Have uninstalled it & tried again, but same thing. Nothing on it.
Can't use it. When it was working it was difficult to use. Now all I get is an error message. "Sorry there was an error: unauthorised client". Have tried to reinstall it but problem remains :-(
I like the info & app capabilities. But I HATE your notification alerts! Yes, I've tried several times to change notification settings. I have now fully uninstalled.
I have not been able to get past the sign up screen since the first month I got it. It started out working great then one day just stopped. I even tried uninstalling it and installing it back.
I downloaded the app and was excited by all of the shareable graphics. However, today (6/17/19) the app opened several times without being clicked on. I decided to uninstall and will try again at a later date.
This app has potential but still have lots of bugs to work out. For example it does not let you choose to telephone number when sending something to a contact.
it's slow. doesnt keep you signed in even though there is an option. not organized enough. very slow sometimes it will kick me out. not user friendly at all.
Each time I open this app, it's as if I'm doing it for the first time. I have to set everything thing up all over again. Extremely frustrating. Jas become completely useless. It was such a good idea, so it's really upsetting.
Great info. I would like to see quicker updates. For instance its well into December and would be nice to see some New Years adds that we could start promoting.
Constant notifications got really annoying, so I went to settings to turn off notifications and STILL got notifications...turned around and uninstalled the app, not worth the annoyance!
I love that I can send samples out to prospects. The samples have made it easier to get prospects. I love how easy it is to get my enrollment link. It's a great app
this app is SO helpful! now I dont have to search all over the website for information, because its here in one place! I sent samples to prospects straight from the app. its like the big red easy button. :)
Stuck on step 2. I only use Google Contacts, but it is looking to sync with my phone. Excited about the potential!
took a little time to learn how to use but it is easy to use. Easy to share graphics information and your personal link. Thanks YL for making it even easier to share. 🤗😊
The app is so slow, crashes and freezes regularly. I frequently must log in from a regular search engine like Chrome because the app says it's expired. Everytime I am able to log in I receive messages, after logging out, that there was an issue with the billing service. This happens every time even when I am not accessing billing. I have deleted then reinstalled tthe app in hopes it would stop. Sadly, it's not the case. I recommend finding another app..
