Super expensive. Suggestion to make your prices competitive with others if you want to attract customers. Also, app looks super cluttered and confusing, not user friendly.
Highly unprofessional... I had booked an appointment today for an important function. No prior notification was given regarding the stylist. Called them soo many times regarding confirmation. On every call they just said they will get back within 10-15 mins. However, nobody called back.. at last one hour prior to the booking time they say no stylist available that also post I call them.. very disappointed..
i have had a very bad experience with YLG service, first of all their beauticians are never available and even if you manage to book it in 3-4 attempts, they are not trained enough! Last time i had taken manicure service and post that my nails turned dark yellow, it took two months to get into normal color! they cancel the appointment in last minute mostly leaving no option but to give poor feedback.
The app is made really badly. Not at all user friendly. Being such a big salon chain this is what they came up with!! The UX is complicated and it's difficult to select any options. Lot of problems in every page.
Pathetic service. They scheduled the appointment and assigned the service professional. She called me half an hour before scheduled time telling my appointment is after 1.5 hours as she can see in app. I could still see correct timing. Then she asked to cancel or add more services as she wanted to provide services for more amount. I asked her to cancel, she didn't do that either. Extremely unprofessional and waste of time.
I'm not sure why they have come out with an app when they cannot provide any service. I booked an appointment, then it got rescheduled due to the unavailability of beauticians. Even after reschedule, there was a no show with out any notification. I kept on calling the appointed beautician and none of my calls were answered. Even the customer care is beyond pathetic. Utter waste of time.
Horrible experience.. trying to book services from last 3 times and either operator is not available or product is not available.. YLG such a huge brand and they don't have their own signature facial stock .. even they don't try to resolve issue.. if we cancel appointment they charge us and they are canceling my appointment from last 3 times continuously and no problem at all for them and according to app we r so called privilege customer of them... Amazing... Hats off to the level YLG low level
Worst experience ever. highly unprofessional. Booked an appointment at 9am, the beautician comes at 9.30 and tells that services can't be done as they have to go for another client. This happens when the app says to make appointment and select services later. The support staff also doesn't help. It's simply quantity over quality service.
Poorly executed app. Difficult to use. Not intuitive at all. No problem with YLG itself but this app interface and functionality is awful. Can't choose a service, unintuitive menu, just frustrating to use.
Firstly, your beautician had problem in the timing and she brought her daughter along with her. She also then forgot to get facial kit. Secondly, You need to check if they are in good health before you appoint them for the job Bec she was not able to stand or walk as she had back pain. Waxing was very painful and it reminded on the body. My full body was sticky Bec of your wax. Very poor service and not worth for the money.
Horrible app. Uninstall it asap. It is of no use. I booked an appointment for waxing, just 30 minutes before the professional calls me and asks what my requirements are, when I tell her she says it's out of stock. I mean, if it's out of stock then update me before and not at time of appointment. Atleast I could've figured out something else. It's a waste and expensive too. Go for urabnclap instead. They are reliable and professional.
Very unprofessional and cheat. App is also not upto the mark. App allows to book appointment for a slot but later they call metioning slot is not available.Ylg wallet/credits are fooling customer. Gst included in credits and also in individual services to redeem them. Beauticians dont turn up for the appointment which is already confirmed, no response to complaints. Customer has to do all followup. Impossible to redeem your credits with such pathetic service.
The provider deserves negative stars, the app is of poor quality. The customer care is very rude. Very unprofessional approach, the price appears on the app is without tax whereas it should be including tax, so that user knows what is exact amount they have to pay. They have the worst wallet service, I've recahrged the wallet with 1100 Rs and I cannot use it. The only good thing was the stylist and service she provided was good. But overall experience was very bad, won't recommend anyone to use
The services are great, but the app could use some improvement. The app has all the necessary info but needs to improve at the payment portal. I have twice faced issues in payment through ylg@homewallet. Had to contact the customer care to get the payment done
I love the services provided by YLG especially for skin.The products are also really good. If you insist they will check the skin type and then suggest which product would be suitable for individual skin type. Experienced professionals are the best.
Was a wonderful first experience. Would try it again in the future. All I ask is the customer support number be available for queries. I had difficulty booking the first time and couldn't call the customer support. I take one star for it.
I so wish I checked all the review comments before trying to use their service. They are just NEVER available!! I don't know why I even bother to give it a try...pathetic customer service.. it's more about their convenience than the customers. If I could give 0 stars I would! I'm definitely taking my business to other providers and recommending everyone who wants any prompt service, to go elsewhere.
Horrible experience with ylg home service. Every time they fool their customers by taking appointments and then not sending the operators for providing the service. Moreover they don't respond to our queries and simply waste time by taking multiple appointments at the same time. I would never recommend ylg saloon to anyone.
A very unreliable App with unprofessional staff. You cannot book any service unless through a call,why to have an App. When they finally decide to confirm your booking the beautician is the one who will decide on your time of appointment rather than the time you had choosen.
app was helpful. though got the slot in 2nd attempt, due to no service provider unavailability at my area. but once requested, they made it 2nd time. the professional was good and friendly. satisfied. looking forward for more.
Horrible! the beautician never came.. i booked the service at 11am for the time slot 3-4 pm. the beautician's phone was switched off and when i called the help-line, they weren't helpful at all. no one even bothered to tell me that the beautician will not come. at the time of booking the service, I had recieved a confirmation sms. better to stick to utbanclap to save time.
Cannot share one order Id as order has been cancelled multiple times. Calling your 1800 no.is like jumping in 🔥. No matter how much time before we book the service, we get a call saying that no beautician is available. If the beautician is not available, why is time slot active? This has happened to me past 3 times. Also, why do we need to attend a call once we book service through app? The only time we should get a call is half an hour before the service, for confirming. Highly mismanaged app.
Way too pricey. App interface is not user friendly. You cannot book the service online. Only once the service personnel comes home you can get to know the exact amount that needs to be paid.
Their services are great. The management is rude, presumptuous, and absolutely unhelpful. I mean how difficult is it to answer if a service is available or not? I spoke with Hemalata, who was perfectly ok with cancelling the appointment than talking to a man. Beyond ridiculous. I would like the management to clarify if a man trying to help a woman out because she is too busy to talk to the salon is so unacceptable in a so-called gender equal society?
App is not bad but everytime i book an appointment i get a call saying d booked slot is unavailable. I understand if its one time affair but Everytime is a bit unacceptable. We want the app benefits but no one from ylg turns up smtimes on your booked appointment date or time.
Every time I book a service no one calls back. And when I call the toll free number I get the same reply every single time that the slot is full and no operator is available. This is very inconvenient as I try to get the booking 48 hours prior. Not sure if a booking should be requested a month prior! Will not be using YLG at home services anymore. Bad experience!
