App worked great upto the pandemic. Once the YMCA reopened the app is junk. It seems a lot of people have complained to no avail. I guess the ymca administration quit caring about its membership.
Won't keep my card on it. Never saves. Use to, before the pandemic shut down but since my why Y reopened always shows no cards saved....???????? Will it get fixed??? Been over a month.
Worked fine until the most recent Android update. And the cards no longer show.
Since latest Android update it will not retain card information. Please fix the problem.
The app doesn't support my phone after an update was completed.
For the most part this is a great app, but I haven't been able to register for anything on it in a few weeks.
CAN NOT PUT MY CARD NUMBER TO SHOW WHEN ENTERING. HASN'T WORKED SINCE COVID 19 CLOSING.
I won't keep my card info in it. That's my main use for it. It use to.

I loved it and easy to use
As a trainer/instructor.. I LOVE this app! Easy for clients to see our classes, easy for me to see my colleagues classes & try something new. We live between two Y's so it has been great to not have to remember or keep papers of everything.
Needs to include more than just the Y at the Heights
Only has ymca at The Heights available for selection. Would not let me put in my local y. Please fix. Could rate 5 stars!
The app does not show current dashboard of the selected YMCA. The app will not save my membership cards. I have scanned them 4 times. The app does not allow a "login" feature so that you can see your account. Fix these issues. Why is the last update to this app 2017? Unacceptable. Its 2020. No wonder the app does not work. Please fix.
