YMCA of Greater San Antonio

It was a decent app until recently, unable to reserve any class or change locations without it becoming unresponsive and crashing. Sadly, support tells me to visit a local branch because they cannot help or provide any support.

The app is cumbersome and difficult to navigate. There is no way to see a snapshot of my specific bookings. It's difficult to see the class schedules for more than your home location.

Excellent classes,instructors are amazing..Aqua Zumba,Aqua Fit, Zumba Gold,Boom Muscle,Silver 👟 classes,etc. Cleanliness 10+. Director at this Mays YMCA,is awesome,friendly, helpful,yet also caring.

Can't sign up for a class without the app crashing. Deserves 0 stars cause that's the only reason I downloaded this app.

No longer allows classes to be booked from an Android device. This is well 3 after using the app for years

I can't register for anything. As soon as I open it or select classes it shuts me out every time. I've deleted it and re installed it over and over. Please fix this.

I am now unable to make reservations for classes. The app continually crashes

I got this app because friends at Y recommend it. Problem #1: Playstore said app was installed and it couldn't be found. Went back to Sprint store and they couldn't find it. They managed to get app installed. Problem #2:: this app sign in is not secure. I have new phone just released hete last week. The sign in saves name AND passwords. I thought it may have been problem with phone. Signed on @ Facebook, bank, Amazon, AOL, Audible, to name a few. None of those sites saved passwords. So I'm concluding problem is with app. I uninstalled it after less then 90 minutes.

I love the app because it helps me to manage my time, the only thing is that the app still not working when I want to schedule a class (just sometimes, a lot of the time works good, or it can be the internet from the library 🤷🏾‍♀️)

The app keeps crashing. It won't let me sign up for classes.

This is a completely useless app and not worth giving up the space to install it. The YMCA staff are trained to respond to any suggestions for improving the website by telling members to use the app, although they honesty state they don't know anything about the app. This app requires setting the home location to the one in the membership agreement and will only show information for that branch or the closest using geolocation. It is useless for using citywide access at different branches.

This Westside YMCA, is a great and friendly place for all ages. The staff here is very polite and helpful. The classes they offer at great and anyone can do them from Seniors to young adults. They also offer child care for members of the YMCA. Come by and take a tour of this great facility. You will be amazed. The best part for me is that the pool is open everyday winter, Spring, summer or fall.

Very easy to use, shows schedules and allows to sign up for classes. Tracks workouts and has sample workouts

The enrollment for the programs was very easy with the help of the young lady named, " Genesis." She was very patient and understanding of what I needed to accomplish my goals. I really like the app so I know that it's not going to be too crowded when I go. Thank you for being a part of our neighborhood.

I wish you could book more than one lap swim at a time. It'd be nice to book 2x-3x/week. But otherwise the app works great!

all I know is that this app is able to, without fail, seamlessly work with Google Pay to sign in at gyms. just wished it worked with Samsung pay since I use it for everything else.

Great app, I love how you can add the group classes to your calendar to remind you. I work at the Y and I always rave to my awesome members about the benefits of having this wonderful app.

This upgrade is so much worse than the previous version. It's incredibly difficult to navigate from one location to another

Easy to schedule and cancel..I like to see who is teaching the class and if there is a substitute.

The site is close to my home and it's convenient to go work out. It has classes, which I like very much. The staff are very helpful.

I enjoy looking up the classes and seeing what class is available and the many updates I receive from the Y when information need a to get out.

Mostly positives about scheduling. Rare, but experience glitches when trying to schedule....
