Simple to navigate. Easy and quick to use. Booking places via the App is a huge improvement on the old queue

Really easy to book classes and check availability. Wait list very effective.
My main gripe is that I can't cancel a booking once I've paid!! The only time I see a red cancel button is when I have joined a waiting list for a class or swim session, and obviously haven't been charged. I understand that payments are non-refundable, but it would be nice for someone else if they could take my place instead. Please fix this!! Otherwise, the app is relatively easy to use.

App will not allow me to book classes from my laptop. Is this app only for i-phones

It doesn't seem to handle reserves
Works well except at 8.00am when trying to book for a popular class it can be difficult to load. Also it doesn't automatically transfer you in order off the waiting list when spaces become available in classes, meaning that even though you are in position 1 you get overtaken by someone else who happens to see the automatic email before you do. This seems an unfair system.
