Not bad. Gives good info on poses. Links to a good 30 day program. Main issue is daily programs are not great. Poses are OK. Not balanced tho. Some poses require both sides or double the time. Also needs pause button and/or time in between to switch poses. Thank you for app, still useful.
This app has been really useful. It helped me to achieve all my goals and has handy exercises for sleeping, general fitness and body care. My one complaint is that for beginners, the poses are not always explained or depicted properly. But I would highly recommend "Yoga daily fitness" to anyone looking for a workout or for some meditation.
It's not really for absolute beginners but it is great. I have managed to begin to lose weight and be more flexible. I will be starting it again. Wondering if it will load all of the instructor's monthly challenges. think it will be worth it as people move along in the practice.
The Interface looks cheap, and while the exercises are good they tend to just open up a YouTube video. The videos themselves are excellent but you're better off Subscribing to the channel yourself and following it without needing the app.
Very nice app. It helped me in the beginning of my yoga journey and now that I've been doing yoga for about a year and a half, I am back and able to do the sets of poses that they give you in the "yoga poses" section. I have another app for yoga but it goes too fast at times, so I wanted this one again. It's a very helpful app for working at my own pace.
It's a good app, but wish there was more beginner and more to help you move up in your journey through yoga. However the 30 days of yoga is a great concept once you know some of the basic moves.
Adriene has a lovely way about her and explains everything very nicely. The sessions start at the right level for beginners and work up from there. It is a lovely journey.
Love this app - feel reborn with each day's practice. Regular sessions are really showing me how much better you can feel with compounding stretching on a regular basis . Easy to fit into your daily routine with fixed 30 min sessions .
A compact yoga guide for beginners and practicing yoga artists. Well designed app. Just as a suggestion, an area of improvement such as, a voice guided trainer would make the app perfect!😀👍
Very useful app. Must go with it. Yoga program may have more no.of exercises and both side exercise should be there which makes it a complete app. Only one side exercise is provided. Pls look into the matter thanku
I have only had a quick glimpse through a bit of it and I already found it has what I was looking for, for my physical disabilities it's going to be perfect to restrengthen my muscles and joints.
This app is so helpful to me. It makes do my evening, morning and noon yoga on time now I can improve my balance at noon and have better sleep also my morning yoga gets me ready for the day BUT on thirty day yoga (in the app) Day 1 Is HALF AN HOUR LONG! you need to cut that down like seriously? but other wise great app very helpful if you want something to do it tells you yoga routines / moves to do. you can improve your balance, all sorts all you do is download the app. THANKS FOR READING THIS!
Very useful and informative app... It guides you how to do each aasan properly and also... Tells you how each aasan can be modified to give the best possible results.
I have used it now but has been all the features and tested it and seeing that it has voices that instruct and also videos available for more help and after all over really I loved it
I have been following her for two months and indeed the results are tremendous. Not only the results but you feel good after so much of stretching and releasing tension from body.
I have never really done yoga before but I love it. Working on the 30 day plan right now and it's an amazing introduction. I started because of back pain and after only 4 days I was already feeling better. Will definitely use this app on a daily basis.
This app is wonderful and practical. I love the functions, the music, the helpful descriptions of the poses💜 10/10 highly suggest.
I really struggled with the first video, it's difficult to ask a video if I'm supposed to be in pain doing the poses. It seems to be a good app for those already familiar with yoga.
I've only just got into yoga and this is way to fast and expects you to go at advanced level straight away. Some things you just can't do at first. It's not like it eases you into it.
Fantastic, life changing App. I have been working through the 30 day challenge and enjoyed every session.
Great instructions and selection, allows you to tailor to suit your time available even if just for a quick stretch.
This app is brilliant for squeezing in some home practice into a busy work/life schedule and the 30 day programme is so helpful even if it takes you a little longer than 30 days!

I was enjoying 30 day yoga challenge online and came to find an app to supplement. What are the odds that I download an app with the same challenge I'm doing? Adriene is a fantastic yoga teacher , especially for beginners. I'm hooked on yoga because of her. Highly recommend this app and her 30 day challenge that the app includes.
I just started the 30 day challenge but I love how she gently moves you into poses and shows you different ways to do them. I have no complaints.
I like it. The workout plans are short but it is overall a very good app that works well.
Great for Me, I know nothing of yoga and its really helping Me build strength, gained mobility and flexibility in My shoulder. Short but well planned excersizes and free poses help tons.
I use this every day. So good for beginners because it describes how you must move. Even the smallest poses are described. There's a 30 day regime that leaves you feeling healthy and stretched. This app helps even after you do pilates but yoga as a whole teaches you the importance of patience. This app is just a tool for you to get to where your body feels your best.
