very simple but good yoga fitness app for my android. I use it mainly for back stretches
Pretty simple and useful app
Really great and simple app with yoga tips and a forum for me to talk in.
its ok
I never thought I'd like this one but it's pretty simple and good
Love the new fitness blog
Excellent yoga app with 40 poses to choose from . I think it will work offline also as there's only poses & their description .
It's very good ...It tells you different moves for different situations (e.g trying to get to sleep, fitness)
Fun and interestingly easy
Simply. I love it
I love the range of difficulty in poses (great for a beginner like me). Though I think the app would benefit with some kind of search engine. For people like myself who don't know what the heck a "mountain pose" is. Other then that, it's great.
Easy to use
Downloaded the app and from first impression I LIKE it so far, especially since it seems that it is updated (4/2016). Although, there are still some glitches, I can see me using this more, especially with the routines that they have provided. I even enjoyed reading the different overall tips that are posted. Few items to FIX are: being able to read the bottom of the screen information when scrolled to the bottom. The information is covered by the "menu" bar and cannot finish reading info. This occurs in the the "tips" and "guidelines" section. The app has some "buggy" issues when keeping the app opened for an extended period that I have to close the app and go back in before accessing another pose. Also, thought you could only see one pose in the routines section but learned that you need to press and slide the page to the left to see next pose, instead of scrolling up and down. Hope this helps others looking at the app. Lastly, in the tips section it says to hold pose for 510 breaths. Seems like to many of breaths for 1 pose. On average a person takes 10 breaths per 30 seconds; that amount (510 breaths) equates to about 17 minutes per pose.
Annoying badges keep piling up and won't go away or be cleared. Uninstalled spammy nonsense. It's not like you can't find all of this for free on the net, anyway.
Your phone is your yoga teacher. And it has health tips. It also shows particular poses to your need.
Loved all the good yoga information and the health tips. I'm a beginner so the routines were great!
I enjoy the yoga health tips. I look forward to new ones so bring more
Really good. Easy to follow and feel satisfied after.
Compared to other apps this one has a great content.
Give category wise poses.
Very nice app for the beginers
It is very useful
Love it
Lots of funny things but starting to be overrun by lame stuff. Still overall best of its kind.
Every 5 minutes it crashes I can't even finish what I'm doing please fix
Bettr than all othr boOsting or coOling apps
Thank u to let us got more info about guys...
When app opens a post from some other app post doesn't load. It stays blank
You are never alone when you have Candy crush
The most underrated app on the store. It is perfect. The poses for fitness are better for overall strength, than the gym, because training muscles without pain means that I can practice everyday.
