Love the app. Great postures, explanation of postures, good music in the background, and easy to follow. I just wish it had a share or casting feature (ie, chromecast compatible) so that I can watch it on my TV screen. It would be easier than looking at my tiny phone screen. This is the only reason for the four stars. A casting or sharing feature would upgrade it to five stars.

It's an ok app. As long as you stare at the screen you can see what moves you need to do. I dont like that it doesnt explain the pose in depth or tell the person when the pose is over.

Couldn't get past the same adverts and suggestions to actually try the poses. Don't waste your time.

This is the best app I have gotten for back pain. I have scoliosis and can not afford to go to a Physiotherapy class or a chiropractor. This is a great app to use if you have back pain.
