Instructions for aasan should be given before it starts like during the rest periods. But it starts giving the instructions when you should actually be in the posture.
I love this app very much help me to lose wight and be more flixaple and healthy.
Your improvements in the last update are awesome 👌 Love, Love, Love the music and voice instructions!! Thank you for a very usable app for Free! I like reading the instructions before beginning the practice. The practices have had a nice variety for a beginner like me. There is one thing I would like to see added...that is a verbal guide for breathing during the exercise. Sometimes I focus so hard that I forget to breathe!
Just finished my Day 1 as a beginner. It was a good experience. Since I'm a beginner, I would prefer after I clicked start or white resting before moving to new position, the app will read out the steps to me (as I could not remember all the steps and I do not wish to hold or look at the phone whole I'm doing yoga) excluding those benefits. Of course one size does not fits all, it would be great if this can be selected as user preference instead. Wish to see this enhancement in system.
The robotic voice isn't relaxing. Plus, it takes forever to explain what you're supposed to be doing so your allotted time for each exercise is usually over before the robot finishes speaking. There isn't a good way to check what you're supposed to be doing after you start a workout - either you wait for the robot to describe everything (which, again, takes forever) or you look at the slow moving graphic. Also if you pause during an exercise, the robot starts the description all over again.
Great app, love it... It's helped me Alot. I'm much more flexible, however it would help if the cartoon would actually do the exercise as many times as it says you should do it, instead of just showing us and then telling us do it 20times and then says relax and go on to the next one before you get to finish the exercise.
it is a good app. try and incorporate videos instead of the animation u are using now. also have a synchronization between voice and ex revise timer. right now the timer of the exercise is gone off but the voice is still explaining the exercise. a video would be most helpful to guide the exercise. allow us to sync the workout to Google fit.
The app is the only app i have used in the Yoga Genre so I am not sure how good or bad it is. But the app has a few pros and cons : Pros 1. Starts with simple excercises and gives a brief description as to how each of them should be done. 2. Flexibility to adjust the time of each exercise and suit our needs. 3. There is a gap between every asana to give us the needed breather. Cons 1. The graphics are 2dimensional which sometimes puts us in doubt.
WAY TOO MANY ADVERTISEMENTS! Everything I click on a card to view instruction for exercise or go back, I'm met with an ad, that takes up half or the whole screen! Makes me not want to bother to try getting exercise any more.
I am really disappionted at this app. The timing is so complicated. On the app, According to the audio and the write up that explains each exercise, one is expected to do most of the exercise 10-15 times. But the timing for each exercise is set below 8 times. i have to start each exercise and pause so that i get to do the yoga for the times stated, else it might just jump to the next exercise before i finnish with the prsent one. It's so annoying. Cant believe i just wasted my data. smh sad.
I've enjoyed this app so far. It was recommended by my Planks Challenge app once I completed the 30-day challenge. I've enjoyed using this app as a compliment to my meditation and exercise morning routine. Only thing I'm still learning is how to adjust the times for the exercises. Each day has a new exercise/asana. Some asanas I hold for the recommended time, others, I have to stop. Which is ok I guess, but it does mess with my mental about not finishing. I love the every 3rd day rest day!!
The instrutions were clear, however the actual workout actually last so long as the instruction audio is being played. i would prefer if the workout would not have a time limit even after the instruction audio is played because it's inconvenient to have myself pause the audio each time I want to finish the actual oksana. Also the amout of reps or seconds the oksana require is not clear to me. I look at the oksana pre-workout it says 20s, but when executing the oksana it says ×20 so I'm confused.
Please replace the background music . It's more of irritating than calming. Couldn't focus for more than 2 seconds. Otherwise the app is good. Also there is no timer, how do I know when to stop a certain asan. Also you have instructions written. I have to read it again and again to understand the process. Please insert a voice over to it.
I wish the app allowed us to adjust the resting time in between exercises otherwise I like the app. The workouts are not difficult but at the same time challenging. If you are willing to not be lazy and to challenge yourself then you'll be able to complete the whole routine.
this seems like a great app. however I'm very new to yoga and the instruction aren't clear enough. and the exercise begins before its explained. so half the time is wasted waiting for me to figure it out. and pausing makes the recorded instruction begin again and cut into the rest. perhaps it needs something for someone like me to hear the exercise instruction during the rest or when I touch the pose name. thanks.
I hadn't done yoga in a decade and wanted to get back into it slowly. This app is is a good for both those already familiar with the process and for newbies (like my kids). I appreciate that one's progress is not lost if you choose to do this only every other day. I wish you could tailor the amount of time you can have to do each exercise instead of just getting the pause button. But this is a small matter.
Really enjoying the app, the only issue I have is it tells you to avoid the routine if you suffer from lower back pain, for example, but not until mid or end of the exercise, it would be better to give the advice at the beginning. I guess you could argue people know what they're capable of? Otherwise very pleased.
The voice is robotic and isn't calming. Music is very brief and gets interrupted easily. Excercises don't have fluency. You jump from one asana to another one without gradually getting in that direction. You are in cat pose and next pose is to stand still...how about gradually get there instead of being abrupt. Needs more thought, but not completely bad. It seems you can't remain in pose no more than 20 seconds. Real yoga takes time and there is no need to speed it up.
Its awesome, I found how many forms are there in yoga, even for beginners. Its nice to calculate that we are not that fit as we feel. We always need improvement and this app help us to improve ourselves without straining our body and mind. Its quick, helpful and in long run,its beneficial. I love this app.
it's an amazing amazing app.. just one suggestion.. the pose should not be switched until its repeated 10 to 15 times, every time I have to move forward from my yoga mat to pause, repeat the exercise for 10-15 times and then resume which is quite disturbing. plus give some soothing music. it should be like until I finish my day's yoga I don't have to touch the screen. else the exercises day wise are just just amazing. loved it, loved you for making it.
Brilliant. Can see my body transformed. Few things that I would like to bring under consideration. 1. Voice coaching does not match with the number of times each asana is to be done 2. Sometimes 25s and 25x is confused 3. Its unclear when one round of asana is complete as the dummies are very slow e.g. it could be written 1/20 but then its speed is so fast that you are hardly able to complete 10 rounds unless you do it very fastly... which i think is wrong because yogo is meant to be done slowly
I lik the app but the exercises are in the strange order. First you start with one thing on the floor, then you are on your feet doing things for upper body, that it comes Shavasana (which is always at the end of the session) then you go on table position and do the core...doesn't make sense
I'm really disappointed. The app has huge amount of adverts it's really annoying, whatever you want to do adverts appear continuously. I've bought the premium to avoid adverts and have more exercises, but they are still there and its nothing new after premium...I just waste my money, I want them back!!!!
It's really a good application. But there are only one problem in this application it is ads. When I click on all the options one or two ads will appear. It is only the problem. Otherwise its a good application. Only due to ad Iam rating 4 stars......😊........⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Good routines, and tells you how the different poses are stretching. The interface is a little tricky to navigate, and the ads really distract. Overall, still a recommended app for beginners.
5 stars simple design and easy to use. You just need to read ahead though if you're a beginner but it's fine because the instructions are clear. Once you press start, you can't review the poses so yeah just read and study ahead. More power!
Everything is just perfect for the beginners. But still there is a problem. The background music is not perfect. If there was options to choose a different music, I think that would be a great help ☺️
It's an amazing and easy to use app. However, it would better if instead of plain music, description of the current asana was there, describing how to do it and the breathing pattern to be followed.
obnoxious and repetitive music and a voice that takes you completely out of your routine. the idea behind the app is good and the routine was great but everything else ruins it. the ads cut into my routine and they were loud and again, took me out of it.
