The videos are useful and easy to follow, but the written descriptions of the poses are complicated and not intuitive to someone who has never done any yoga before.
Perfect & easy to follow. Highly recommend. I have downloaded at least 3 other apps and was not thrilled. This is the one.
I have just started doing yoga for my overall health. I am a veteran and I suffer from a thoracic spondylosis degenerative bulging disc disease and I decided to do this to help improve my overall health to heal my body. I love this app!
Everything moved too fast and poses were not possible for a beginner. Made me want to quit in first 5 minutes.
A great work out, I doubt many beginners will be able to do the beginners session though.

routines are good and easy to follow. functionality of the app is quite basic e.g. doesn't stop the phone from going into sleep mode, and layout is a bit odd, but still a good way to get into yoga
