So far I am liking it. This app is more for someone who does advance yoga. I'm just a begginer but I do the position to the best of my ability till I get flexable enough to do it all the way or lose weight enough to be able to do it like the picture. But it makes me want to get up and do it on the days I'm suppose to even when I don't feel like it. So it gets a 5 star from me
I like this yoga! I am a complete beginner (except for salute to the sun etc) but I am also injured and overweight. I can do most exercises, they are easy and if I am challenged I just do the best I can. I love how my body tingles afterwards, it is a great feeling, no wonder people get addicted to yoga. The 12 minutes is perfect (and enough) for me at this stage. Clock tick, it doesn't seem to signify anything, like "change post now"? And I would love to hear a REAL voice, not computer gen.
Horrible guidance. This app does not tell you the proper way to get into each pose. It does not guide you on proper breathing techniques during each pose. It does not give you alternative instruction on slightly easier poses. For instance, I cannot kneel on one knee for any length of time. There should be an alternative method for that particular exercise. I will uninstall because this is not for a true beginner such as myself.
This is really the best app for fitness but there is a problem in the tips section that is when we click on watch video it says the video is not available try after some time. But , after trying hundreds of times there was the same sentence . Please work on it
The app is perfect. Its really great but can you please shut the clock ticking sound in this. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the clock ticking really ruining the music and feel of the asanas.
I have been using this app for like 15 days and I have found it one of the best yoga app since I started working out at home due to the coronavirus , The upside of doing yoga with this advantageous application is that your level of tension and stress will be reduced , needles to say that you will be stronger and more self-confident than ever ! Well done ! You have created an awesome app :) thanks a bunch :)
This is for advanced yoga. I have been practicing beginner yoga for years, so I'm not ignorant, but certainly not even close to expert. There are no instructions, too many ads, the app almost forces you to use facebook and the app self-promotes itself in great annoyance. I will be uninstalling.
It is very good and use full app 👌 it has the music , that music is awesome and that music helps you to be peaceful , it actually works and this yoga makes me very happy , this app is very satisfying , I have seen the results .👍👍👍👍
Great app! But it is not for the begginer of yoga. Its for advance level. But we can do it after getting use to yoga with concentration and calm. Felt a little flexible with just 2 weeks of doing it and it would be better if can include amount of calorie burned. Highly recommending this app to people out there after a yogi recommended me before. ❤
Very easy to use.. Just one suggestion, when a day schedule starts it shows the details for first asan but not for later, if it starts showing details for each and every asan during rest seconds, it will be more convenient.
I love this app! So easy to use and only a 1-2 ads pop up, usually 1 in the beginning and 1 at the end of workout. So its not too bad since its a free app! 👍
Don't take the quiz, the guy never shuts the hell up! A ton of information if u have no clue about your body type however if u do know about your body type then the video at the end of the quiz is 30 mins waaaay too long. It also comes down to spending money, except I never reached how much the plan actually was bc I lost patience with the video. If ya just cut through the BS and told me how much I probably would have signed up.
It is not a beginner friendly .. please try to less the asanas.. at first and then gradually increase. For a first day to try it.. it's difficult... I'm not complaining asanss are waste.. I tried ND it feels like I lost some weight.. but not good for a beginner . Thank you
Best app to use for weight loss😍😍.Lost 10kgs in 3 months. Must give a try. Try to complete as many days of yoga sessions in one day gradually. It might help you lose faster😊👍❤️
This app is awesome ,it helped me reduce weight slowly but with a proper diet I reduced my weight faster.. these exercises concentrate on all the body parts and helped me tone it up. It's been one month only when I started using this app and I m continuing my happy experience.
I love the quick sessions that work you quite hard. I hold some poses rather than what is shown so I get a good stretch I don't mind the ads when you get the app for free
OMG. This one of the best yoga app for weight loss for free. First I saw others reviews, it was good. Later on I downloaded and used. I felt this is the best Yoga app for weight loss. This we can considered as best weight loss app for women of all levels. Once again thanks for the yoga app
repeating exercise 5 times is not possible as your timer is so fast and it doesn't give time to perform exercise . relaxation time is more than exercise time. and there is no settings available to change timer according to user if we want more time .
Hey, I have tried so so many apps, YouTube videos and everything but this app is truly amazing, it's really hard to maintain the body balance but it's really needed . It's a great app.I read so many reviews and now I'm also one of them who got the benefits from this app.thanks.
I love this app I am still using it and I really lost 1kg in 2 weeks, so use only this app if you want weight loss from the help of yoga. The only thing is that it is not for beginners it is for intermediate and advance level. 🤗🤗🤗😇😄

The app is very good but we need some warm up exercise before start and also pranayam to be added. Music is super.
This is very nice app for weight loss and for fitness but the problem is the instruction are very fast so PLZZZ make the instructions in a right and slow way only that thing was problem and but the app was good for weight loss 😊😊😊😊😊

Does this one is really cool I have or had other yoga also but this is for professionals only because it's really if you if you're very flexible you must get this because it's full flexible people and I think you must go and to somebody else if you're not really flexible just say I'm for first classes for yoga and then you'll get the app so it really cool and hope you enjoy it

The app is good, but l feel like the guider or the cartoon is too fast when doing the exercises that it is hard to keep up especially because l am new to yoga. So l just end up going on my own pace. Another thing is it does not show us fully HOW to the exercise BEFORE the rest time ends. It only shows once then stops. So l will have to wait until the rest time is over to see how the cartoon does it then l follow.
