Yoga Insight contains over 400 practices, and 200 videos in 7 different categories:

Many of the practices come under the general Hatha yoga category. They can be added to your class plans, and most if not all contain links to web text instructions and / or videos. Specific traditions that have been catered for include:

There's no way to go back and edit. This is frustrating. Also, the asanas are listed in alphabetical order according to Sanskrit names. It should be listed according to English names. Right now, because of this, asanas are SOooo hard to find from among the list.

I want to create my own sequence. When I add asanas to my plan tab, the app arranges them in alphabetical order, not the order of practice! Cant figure out how to change this! Grrrr

This app is exactly as advertised, it helps me to not procrastinate, and get around to my morning routine. This app provides free videos explaining how to preform each asan, and graphs your progress. I would definitely recommend getting this app.
