I'm new to yoga and these stretches are great! Instructor has a calming voice and helps me to see that doing yoga is something that I can do. Content is excellent. The app shuts down in the middle of the videos, though, unless I touch the screen to notify it that I am still watching. Just a minor update needed.
Brilliant app for someone looking for a quick morning routine good for mind as well as body. Contains a few routines to follow and, as a complete novice, I have found them challenging but achievable. My only suggestion would be to slowdown the routines a touch as it does go quite fast, perfect for busy mornings but it would be nice to have a slower routine taking a bit more time for weekends or evenings. This is now part of my daily work ready routine 🙂
It's free so it's great but in the second video the presenter is way too far, you can't see the poses properly. Definitely something that was put together quick, but once again : is free so good value for the price
Pretty good! It worked well for me because I was really just looking for a quick 10-minute thing to do after I work out. Keep in mind though, that if you're looking for super relaxing, long, workouts, you should find something else. The instructors don't seem to care very much- just like they're trying to rush through. Four stars!
I love the morning/start your day routines. These are easy to follow, even on my first run through. The energizing routines are faster and more complicated. However, i am confident i will be able to do them if i keep at it.
Love it so far!! I'm new to yoga. I've done a few community classes. I can't afford to go more often... this app is perfect and easy to use. Moves are explained really well. The routines are short for my busy days. It's better than me not getting in any yoga daily!! Better yet... free yoga!!
She could definitely slow down just a tad when she is explaining things, i felt like i was at an auction for poses. Other than that its awsome!!
The instructor seems to speak a little too quickly while explaining the steps. Aside from that, i love it.
A good variety of quick routines you can do in the morning. It's also taught me how to put together these positions on my own so I can use them anytime.
Love the app just the way the videos are set up screen blacks out after a few mins.

Love the ease, results. Easy to make part of your day, whether morning, before bed, or both. Routines are only a few minutes. I don't think any are over 5 minutes, some just 2. If pressed you can do as little as needed, or if you have a few minutes, layer them for a full workout. They are great stretches that you could even do at work, at your desk, anywhere. I'm a rather "clenched" type individual. So I'm always tight, stiff, knotted up. I'm seeing results, and I'm not working that hard at it.
