I found this to be a very effective relaxation app. My only complaint is too much talking which doing alternate nostril breathing and counting down. I would prefer the instruction to be given, and then allowing ample quiet time to proceed. The repeated direction is distracting. However, I really enjoyed everything else about this. The woman's voice is pleasant enough.

People commenting voice, how many yoga lessons have you taken? This normal tone of quiet flat. The idea is to focus on Your breath not voice.
