There should be scope for adjustment of timings as per one's convenience.. Not predetermined multiples. Not very user friendly to that extent. Thanks, in any case 🙏🙏
Love this app! And it's totally FREE! It has everything you need to practice the different breathing techniques. It contains instructions on how to use, explanation of the different breathing techniques, a timer that counts your inhale and exhale with a touch of your fingers and even explanations of different asanas, mudras and bandhas. I highly recommend if you are a beginner or advanced practitioner!
Awesome app!! This is a full fledged pranayama degree in itself. Loving it's informative tutorial part as well as the practice part
Wonderful tool for practicing pranayamas. Simple and intuitive interface.
It helped me to understand about. Pressure points , before seeing this app ,I hsd never experienced true breathing. It's great app😎
Please include more pranayama n kriya like Simha kriya, sheetali shitkari and practice for the mudras. A short audio for some would work great as we are constantly opening the eyes to look for cues
The application is not opening in new version of Android phone
Very useful for the pranayama and meditation
Awesome, Very Very Effective App
It is showing check for update.
Thanks a lot for this breathing app.

One of the best Pranayam App i found so far.
Whoever made this was very passionate about the subject
Pls update the app
You think they're just in it for the money. Where is the kindness ?
This is a great application for learning and practicing pranayama on your own. It is very informative, easy to use and user friendly.
Yogi ji, Your application is very calm and beautiful. Thank you.. ॐ bless you.
Great app for doing measured iterations of breathing exercises, with minimal interruptive hassles and totally free. Thumbs up. However, i would like to close my eyes while doing the exercise and not follow the sphere on the screen visually. It is not clear how to turn on sounds marking the breathing periods and rounds. If they are not there, please add them.
