Highly recommend this app overall. It's pretty rare to find an app that is in it to make money where everything is locked and have a monthly subscription this app encourages you to do the workouts and have a points system the more time you practice in classes the more points you earn and can unlock more intermediate courses. That is why I rate 5 stars. Shows you different courses and classes for different stress and relaxation levels plus a long list of poses that explain the benefits love it!!

I really enjoyed training with this app, as it's a great way to practice when you have prior experience. The first few weeks of practice I enjoyed the predictability of the programmes, but as I grew to learn the routines, they became boring and I wished I could press shuffle. Overall I'm very pleased with the app, great way to introduce or revisit yoga, but the routines become boring.

I absolutely love this app! I've been using it off and on now for 4 ish years and I love it just as much now as when I started. Started as a beginner, it is so user friendly and easy to use...and now that I cant go to my weekly classes I'm using it again. Verbal and visual prompts, along with a soothing narrative voice and background music. Also love the choice of singles or class programs, that if you start with the beginners classes will grow with you perfectly as your skill level increases💙

As a grounds maintenance worker I'm quite a strong build and also very busy but looking to improve my health and fitness. I don't fancy classes and feel that I'm too tight to do anything advanced. This app is perfect for me and I can see that over tome I will get more flexible and the app will get harder as I progress. The programs are short and sweet. I love the structure and flow. My only slight criticism is when they finish it feels a touch abrupt.

My account was lost somehow and no one was able to help me locate it so I had to start over on a new device. It was upsetting because I had unlocked most of the programs from being a longtime loyal user. The app itself is great, hence the reason I'm willing to start over, but the fact that I had to has really impacted my experience overall. I want to rate it lower but I can't because it's an awesome app. I want to give it 5 stars but I can't because I lost 3 years of rewards.

Really good app. Comes with videos and step-by-step instructions on individual poses, including advanced techniques, and it even tells you when you shouldn't do certain poses (which a doctor will probably recommend studying before doing the complete excercise), and you can see all of this just by tapping on whatever pose after picking a class to either browse or are interested in doing it. I'd say this is a well rounded and complete app as the classes cover just about everything. 5 stars!

Highly recommended. Plenty of exercises and routines. Quite in-depth explanations with simplified versions for beginners. Clear vocal guidance for breathing too. I tried a few apps but this one is the best I found. Also allows you to set up a profile so that you don't lose your progress ,even if you have to reset or change your phone.

Good app, easy to use. Problem where classes have to be downloaded individually, and for some reason I can only download a class every 3 days or so. Other than that it's just stuck on the loading animation waiting to download. Not great that I can only do new things once every 3 days in a program that's supposed to have a new thing to do every day.

I downloaded this app the end of March(2020) when UK lockdown started. Using it since there is no fault. I enjoy all the daily exercises, every day Is is different, so it's not boring. I was a total beginner, never done yoga before do some of the poses are really challenging, but It doesn't upset me. My flexibility improved a lot but still not there where the guy on the videos.

I am totally new at yoga. So this is going at a pretty good pace and perfect for a beginner. Looking forward to completing this program and trying more advanced ones in the future weeks and months. I like the video in addition to speaking the directions clearly to be able to follow without having to have too many disruptions or memorizations.

Great for beginners, the pace and positions are actually doable, and as a bonus, comes with guided instructions. A few classes have instructions to close your ears and breath, but then you can't hear the next instructions. Would help to have different background sound option, but overall I like the app after using for two weeks.

I'm really enjoying using this app. It makes doing yoga very convenient, and let's face it, it's way more likely that you'll form a new habit if you make out convenient. The routines that I've tried so far are great. It's been a few months and I am so grateful for this app! It really makes yoga accessible. I like that I can look over the poses in each routine and select what I feel suits my needs and energy level for the day.

Just downloaded it, so far so good. I like that there is audio and video with every routine, makes it very user friendly. Easy to squeeze into any daily routine, you can do it as long or as frequently as you like. Nothing is ever totally free though, you get access to half of the things for free right away, but you can unlock things as you go which is nice, or unlock all of them right away for a fee.

Considering 10 weeks of Yoga twice a week at my local college versus the cost of this app, this app is a lot cheaper and just as good even paying for premium. At least the free version is not full of ads trying to make up the difference. Two reasons why I gave this a four star. First, enrollment in one program at a time. There shouldn't be a problem being enrolled in meditation and the flexibility series at the same time. Second, the lack of pose modifications instruction during videos.

This app is fantastic! I Love going through the program each day, but sometimes I like to take a break from the program and use one of the many available single classes, such as the one for back pain. The poses are very well explained without sacrificing the challenge and relaxation of the program. My fiance and I use this app EVERY SINGLE morning!

I've recommended this app to people. It features pre-recorded videos but it's totally free and includes descriptions of how to do each pose within the video. Also the krya points system is brilliant, collect points with each 10 min video you watch to use toward unlocking more content, and you don't need a billion points to unlock either. With consistency you collect and unlock quite fast. Great free beginner app for anyone who is interested . 🙏 namaste

Great! No ads interrupting the session and no asking for my payment info. No complaints so far. The only thing that I believe would push this further is making the settings options a bit more user friendly and having the option to change the music up. Otherwise, I'm very happy with this so far :)

I love that with this app you can set goals for yourself to accomplish, you can set reminders, and the points you earn for completing sessions allows you to unlock more of the app without paying anything. The beginners course is challenging enough to where you push yourself to practice. Love it.

simple and easy. I've been doing this for 8 months averaging 5 days a week and have noticed big improvement in flexibility strength and overall a feeling of well being. the classes are short and it keeps you wanting more. short classes everyday are better than long ones every few days. the poses are not always easy but i get better at it all the time. it's easy to do daily. this is now my daily medicine to keeping healthy and fit. Update: just passed 500 sessions in two years and still at it.

I downloaded multiple yoga apps to see which one would fit. I like this one because it doesn't flood you with ads and it's easy to use with the programs. I also appreciate that you can unlock new programs by unlocking points as you exercise. Best experience from everything I tried so far!

This app is really disappointing. If you have experience with yoga you'll find the instruction monotonous and transitions awkwardly slow. If you're an absolute beginner it might be OK, but there are other apps with far better intros to yoga. They assume a high degree of flexibility and don't offer instruction for making poses easier or more intense, nor do they provide adequate instruction to ensure safety in some of the more difficult inversion and hip opening poses.

Very nice and useful app. I'm just a beginner and I'm already loving the app. Waaay better than the other yoga apps. Even the classes are layed out well. The kriya points makes it even interesting to unlock new classes. Only problem is with the background music. I need to turn off the background music inorder to hear the instructions clearly(keeping background music on makes tge yoga soothing and calm). Thats it. Satisfied with everything else... Kk I wrote a little too much...;-)

One of the best yoga apps out there! I love the fact that it is very reasonable and its system helps with keeping motivation and developing a good habit. And that's because you have the reward of the kyria points that is like in app currency and you can use them to unlock further sessions, without needing to pay a dime. You do have to watch ads but they don't interfere with the session and honestly it's all worth it. If you don't want any ad, you always have the affordabl premium subscription!

Awesome! Starting as a beginner and I love the videos with relaxing music and an actual human voice instead of the dreaded AI robot tones on other apps (not so relaxing!) The moves are easy to follow and have detailed instructions so you learn how to hold your posture correctly etc. from the start. I also enjoy the points system :) thanks guys!
