This training material really excellent.
Can't use to build a custom routine. You must select one pose, the timer, then repeat. AND the timer didn't even work.
I really enjoy this app so far. I like that it describes to you how to get into the position and how to release it and that it let's you know what the benefits are from using the position and it even has a timer! My only suggestion and I have the free version so the updated version might have it but I would enjoy being able to put on some soothing whimsical sounds. Also some videos and maybe even a discussion board would be nice. Just something to think about :)

Apps is okay, but its incredibly annoying, so many adds. Its constantly spammimg my phone with a competion that i have won, from before i had the app? concidering uninstalling it.
What the heck with all the ads and CRITICAL ANDROID UPDATE?! im uninstalling asap. SHAME, it was a good app.
Was good until it started pushing notification spam! When will developers learn! UNINSTALLED!

This app is great. I love how the pose positions are explained...how to get in & out of them.
Omg it really stretches your muscles and makes u have balance excellent it will come in handy for horseback riders

This app has the ability to send advertisements to your notification bar. I started receiving them but did not know where they were coming from. I downloaded ad detector and it found this app as the cause. I love yoga and do not mind ads within an app, just leave my notification bar alone.
I liked this program until I recently updated it. Now I get Spams. Going to install. Don't like bait and switch.

Great app for getting yoga positions. Does a time count but doesn't provide a workout routine. Great for travel.

The advertising is randomly texted to your phone through out day and night. Not ok! lots of free apps just as good if not better than this UNINSTALL
When I had begun Yoga it was this app that helped me. But then I lost it and now I was going through my apps where I found it. It has been of immense help to me. Thank you so much for this app.
