I highly recommend this app. Kassandra provides high quality yoga instruction, and the numerous and diverse classes offered make yoga accessible to to your daily routine. I chose a yearly subscription without a moment's hesitation. The current class choices could keep me busy for far longer than that! And there are no ads in the app! Yay!
I found Kassandra on YouTube through her 30 day morning challenge and got hooked ❤️ I decided to try the app after a few months and don't use anything else now. Love the calendar to schedule and keep my favourites in a folder. Different calendars each month and some exclusive content which I haven't gone through yet. Just so much to do and not enough time 😅
This app has changed by daily life. I now practice yoga every day. The calendar is brilliant and I love scheduling all my practices in advance. There is still so much more to explore, I can never get bored. If you've been practicing with kassandra for a while, I would absolutely recommend it! She is wonderful!
I have really enjoyed this app. Gets me access to a lot of new videos to try. I like the calendar but wish it was a bit more streamlined to use. I haven't tried downloading and find that it's pretty easy to cast to my t.v. through my Chromecast.
I am enjoying the app. Kassandra is a fantastic yoga teacher, there is a packed library of well organized (easy to find what you are looking for) flows. I am a big fan of the ability to schedule in advance, mark videos as complete, and the journal aspect is fab. Thanks Kassandra!
Way overpriced. Calendars are basically Kassandra's Youtube videos (even 3-4 year-old videos) rearranged in groups of 30. The only really exclusive content that is not already available on Youtube is a short "better sleep" program. I don't recommend paying with the promise of additional exclusive content some time in the future.
I really like the app/content. I follow Kassandra on YouTube and she is the only teacher that teaches yin style with consistency and deep knowledge. I love that she has content that is more interesting to me like Elemental yoga serial, yin to yang chakra series, Lunar yoga, yin yoga with affirmations, yin & yang. This type of content is quite unique cause l had followed quite a lot of teachers and subscribed to few apps but only here l found something additional to usual regular yoga content.❤️
Love her yoga classes but the app malfunctions all the time. I wrote tech support and never heard back from anyone. Also that is disappointing because I pay for this app. Bot sure how much longer I want to deal with it.but Kassandra is awesome.
Very straightforward..great variety of class and gets you to your preferred style,level and length in good time.
I am sure that yoga with kassandra is helpful app it offers courses through videos the user can learn how to practice yoga for its healthy and fitness.even if it's paid app but it is more benefit.
I absolutely love Kassandra's classes 💓 her spirit & demeanor are so calming and beautiful! Love her YouTube channel and her 30 day challenges are a perfect way to keep (or GET) your yoga practice going in fun new ways!
Signed up after completing the 30 day challenge on YouTube. Wasn't sure if I would keep it it but the fact that Kassandra provides monthly challenges you can schedule on your calendar within the app has meant that I am still doing daily yoga with Kassandra

The beautiful and smooth transition's from one pose to the other is non constricting or badly executed to cause hurt or pain as some I have experienced leave us bedridden
I was looking for a yoga practice I could stay engaged with. This was the one! If I may make a suggestion though, please incorporate some yogi teachings into your yin classes.

Kassandra has made online yoga something I actually look forward to. The app is clear, easy to use and totally reliable and the cost is *very* competitive. There are plenty of classes to choose from and different teachers too. If you pushed me, I'd say I'd like a few more beginner/intermediate hour long classes, but that's nit-picking in the extreme. Thank you Kassandra.
