Music sets the mood well. I also appreciate that, unlike other apps, it does not count down how long until each pose is over. This creates a much more relaxing experience! However, I do wish that you could click to enlarge the pose demonstrations during the routine (I'm a total newbie and it's sometimes difficult to see exactly what to do for each pose because the video is kinda tiny). All in all it's an amazing and free yoga app!

I just got this app and did the begginer and flow routines. There is one very annoying issue which is the fact that they skip some exercises for the other side - you do the left and then it moves on without doing the right side. Also, the flow is not really a flow.. the poses are not well enough thought out so that they flow naturally from one to the next. It can use some improvement but overall the look and feel are not too bad.

So far so good, I've been searching so long and this one is great a lot of options for different exercises to do from easy to more complex... the best so far for me. It also does have some nice music to help you relax with your exercises, i really do enjoy the different exercises it does have in it, being a chronic pain sufferer its hard to find exercises my body will take... These are definitely good for me.

Not ideal for beginners to yoga. The app was simple to use and the music fit the workouts well. There was no transition between poses, no guidance on how to do the poses aside from a graphic (which means you need to keep checking your phone instead of allowing an even flow between poses). If you know the poses and how to transition well between them this is a decent supplement, but not good for people who havent done yoga before.

Good if you already know yoga. I'm a beginner who knows some poses. The workouts are short with a quick description of what you are doing, but I would like more of a description. I don't like the voice which is a standard computer voice. Really breaks the mood. I would also like to be able to choose my workout poses as I can't due some due to a fused back.

A really great app for individuals who are just starting to practice yoga. The workouts are short yet are very engaging, you will definitely feel the stretches and benefits right after each session. I just did my second Yoga and first Yoga with this app, and I feel amazing... I really do feel amazing especially since I'm currently recovering from a work/stress induced lower back injury. Great app, easy to use and navigate, detailed, and I love the music too. I feel stretched and relaxed after just one session. However, it doesn't tell us about the inhale and exhale part of yoga which I feel is an important part. Please improve on that. Thank you.

I fond that this is not a good match for absolute beginners, unfortunately. The impersonal, computer-generated voice and the fact you need to check which stretches are included in a session, then check how to do each stretch before starting, makes it a poor introduction to yoga. I've since switched to Yoga With Kassandra on YouTube and the difference is phenomenal - everything is properly explained the entire way through and the sessions are specifically designed to be beginner-friendly.

This app has been so helpful to me! It is very user friendly and explains ahead of time what is coming next. It shows good examples of the exercise. I am a beginner in my late 40's, overweight and out of shape and I feel I am able to do all of the exercises! This app also allows you to change the times in between and set reminders, etc. Thank you for sharing this app for free!

it's a good app for me I'm really busy and would love to attend classes. But this the next best thing the instructions are clear and concise they show you how to do each yoga pose with a small animation. It definitely takes a little self motivation and drive as with any routine. The ads are not that bad as some suggest. But I do love this little app. Id give them five stars but I almost felt like I was bring pushed to give them a five star rating. So I'm here giving them a 4.8 out of five.

I really love this app! It's simple, easy to follow, and I love this music background! It really relaxes me and helps me focus. I also like you can set a reminder, as well as adjust how long you want your poses to be, and your rest period between each move. I'm just getting back into yoga again, so it's a nice refresher, but it'll still give you a good workout!

It is very relaxing and calming . It's great on those days that you are up tight or stressed . And I love that it gives so many different yoga options that help different parts of the body and if you go on setting you get to pick how long each exercise period to be and how long you want your the break to be and many other things and the best thing about is that it doesnt take long .i highly recomend this for people that might be stressed , had a rough day or even just to do . This app is great.

I like the simple representation of the sections and exercises/poses. It would be great if you could provide the use/impact on body of each yoga pose. What part of poses are explained. It would be helpful if you could also provide why/purpose of the pose. Thanks.

Love this app!!!!! I've been trying to find a yoga app for beginners for a while and have gone through several apps before only to find that they push you through a workout when you haven't quite practiced the poses. I have found the instructions of poses and movement are better with this app than what I've tried before. I do this every day. A nice and easy way to grasp the comcept of yoga.

It has many exercises and how to do them. With no live ads which is perfect. The timing of the exercises are short which encourages you to workout. You cab extend the time of each exercise from the app settings. It's awesome. You won't regret a simple app like this.

i enjoyed the 1st part of the yoga exercise and music is very nice to! i have been to a yoga class before so I'm not quite a beginner, the only flaw that i found missing was, the speaker not mentioning anything on your breathing?? when doing the exercises plus no relaxation ti begin with!! Other than that it was really good but for some one that never has done yoga before it maybe a bit challenging?

The app is nicely laid out and easy to use. The voice guide is clear and so are most of the instructions. I'm completely new to yoga however and the beginner course having 2 bridge exercises in it is a bit daunting for me me. All round is a good app

I just installed this app and tried immediately. I finished the 7minute workout and felt muscles stretching and was exercised good. im looking forward to using this everyday or anytime i need a stretch or relaxation. however this is not an app for beginners as it does not instruct you on how to do the pose step by step. yoga is done with a series of steps before achieving a pose correctly. Although the poses are easy to follow be careful and warm up first. thank you

Very good yoga workouts and I enjoyed how they taught you to do the positions you were finding difficult. Although it would be better if there were more workouts as there isn't much choice once you've finished them.

Excellent app, Thoroughly enjoyed my first time yoga, love the time keeping and the visual pose instruction. It feels as if you have your own personal instructor. A very well put together app. The robotic voice became annoying, but it's bearable.

Good for basic moves and staying motivated. Ever since the recent update the automated voice is having trouble pronouncing simple words like: shoulder, forearm and child. It's kinda funny, but distracting.
