This app is frustrating to use. It took awhile to figure out how to load in the gift card. Trying to use the coupons and gift cards on the app seems complicated. But trying to other on the app was the worst. It doesn't let us use a credit card to pay for the order. Only with a gift card or coupon! So my wife bought a egift card and tried to use it, but the app said it couldn't retrieve the balance of the card. Tried online, but it said there was a problem with the card. Never did get any froyo.
Read the other reviews about trying to use your credit card with this app!! Very disappointing! Tried to add value, went through the process of entering my card details only for it to give me an error. Their website also has issues with entering your card details. Surprised a company that doesn't care about the details is surviving. Fail!
Really irritated! The app worked fine for a long time. Now, I get signed out EVERY TIME I close it. Today, I tried signing in and it wouldn't take my password. So, I went through the tedious process of finding my card number and changing my password. The app still won't let me sign in!!! I can sign in online, but not through the app, taking up space in my phone. What's the point of having an app that I can't use?
App crashes every time I try to access flavors or stores. No error message. I kept thinking it would get fixed, so I periodically install and reinstall or check for updates. It remains unfixed, and it's been weeks.
I tried registering but couldn't get past the password. I tried different ways of entering it. With characters without numbers with capitals you name it. Couldn't get past it. there was no clear guidance on how to enter the password. So I'm going to uninstall the app.
Whoever designed the registration portion of this website is either very young, or very stupid. To put in my (required) birthdate, the way this site is designed, I push a button for every month for 58 years. It took over 10 minutes, which is why I kept not using the app in spite of my regular visits here. After just going through that registration process, I may flip back to going to PinkBerry instead which is across the street. NOT customer oriented app!!
App sucks! All locations in a 20 mile radius and there are several are all off line. They say they are available for take out and delivery but show up on no delivery app. How moronic is that, they really dont was want your business I'll go else where and delete the app.
Can't even open the app anymore, immediately pops up the error saying it keeps stopping, all you can do is close it. Tried clearing cache and date, reinstalling, restarting, not really much else I'm willing to do to my phone to to get it working.
App is convenient to accumulate rewards points... but is not very useful otherwise... e.g. I can't event contact Yogurtland to provide feedback. I'd love to have a feature where I am notified when my favorite flavor is added to my location (near me). Missed opportunity for Yogurtland.
This app needs a major update!! I want to be able to see my past visits/ purchase history in the app. I want to be able to add more than one gift card to my account. I want to be able to 💗more than just 5 flavors within the app!! Maybe the Starbucks app has spoiled me, but add some of those features to this app. I want to be able to do so much more with this app!!!
This app DOES NOT WORK and neither does your website. Your last update didn't even bother fixing the sign in issues, so all you did was waste our phone space with a useless and worthless update and I am NOT buying an iPhone in order to use this app!!!!! If you guys DO NOT FIX THIS SOON, I will be permanently deleting the app from my Moto G Power and I will throw away my worthless Real Rewards card.
Message pops up and quickly disappears saying app keeps stopping. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I'm getting the same thing.
This App is garbage tried to redeem my birthday rewards and first they said the scanner wasn't working, then tried manually and still nothing. Had to pay full price. More motivation to no longer be a customer here.
Reward program ran by idiots. The reward card they give you has exposed serial numbers, so any employee can take those numbers register it under their name and when you use it they get the credit, which is what I think happened to my card when I tried to register it. What a bunch of idiots who ever put this program together. They should be fired.
I've always been happy with the customer service and the variety of flavors and condiments they have. When I had an incident happened regarding the buy one get one free yogurt they resolved it quickly and even got credit on my account.
No longer able to login on app even after changing password. I can only access my account through the website.
Love this place. Its a nice outing with my kids. The varieties of toppings and flavors are awesome.
Doesn't work. I'm not giving it permission to use my location while im not using the app. It's yogurt. It doesn't need that. This is a really simple fix. Seems like this was an issue before covid-19, so what's up? You need a tech guy?
If app worked like it's suppose to, then it would be great. Flavors never show at locations, it always says call store. Then people are never to friendly app needs a lot of work.
Downloaded app but it wants my mailing address...and my phone number. You don't need my mailing address. You already have my birthday, email, and phone number. Uninstalled after reading how horribly shiteous this app after the update.
The app is messed up. You can still get rewards and points. When you go into yogurtland just give them your phone number or email. They can punch it in and bring up your account
Couldn't create an account. Said card & registration code didn't exist. Tried registering w/o a card & I still couldn't create account. Deleted app.
Same as everyone else...I can't log in. I tried un installing and re installing as well as updating the app and still nothing. This app sucks 😣
It won't let me register a password. I've tried several different ones but I hit submit and nothing happens.
This app is great, and they keep updating it to the latest electronic wonders. Keep it up!!

Horrible!! I tried reloading $20 and it kept telling me error but it charger me 3 times. The app sucks!!
Literally nothing works. Complete waste of time. I think this app is just an excuse to compile your information and nothing more.

What a waste of time even after an update. I had no problems using this app last year & now I can't sign in. I went through the steps to reset the password & changed my password on my profile, but it will not let me sign in on the app. The reset email only works online & it will not work on the app. I thought it was just me, but read how many recent reviews are the same log in issues with the app. I'm removing this app as soon as I finish this sentence.
