The clothes are cute and awesome but this app just times out, doesnt populate or crashes constantly.

This is the BEST company!! The reward system is amazing, if you take pictures, review or order more, you get Points, which turn into Discounts. The product is great, sizes are what are expected. I find everytime I receive my order, I turn right around and order more!!😁😁😁

My order was incorrect when I received it. They sent out a completely different item to what I'd ordered. Tried multiple times to contact them about it but have never had a response. I don't know what else to do so I won't be shopping with them again. There is a high risk of wasting money here when they are getting orders wrong and not being able to contact them.

If I'm being honest this app is not great. Mostly (and by mostly I mean like 99%) everything is out dated and not trendy or cute at all. It takes like 30min for me to find something I like. Unless ur looking for a present for your mom or need a rly fancy dress this app is perfect, otherwise its a waist of time. Also almost everything is floral, and not like cute floral, like Grandma's wall paper floral.

Do not recommend this, it seems to be a scam. They take the money and do not deliver. Right, app itself crashes occasionally. What is a bummer is the service after u order stuff. I do not know if this company is for real or i am just unlucky, but the customer service is useless, at this point in time the 732 aed i spent with them i might as well consider lost because it does not seem i will be getting my order or a refund. Unless you want to be lied to then engage this company.

You have a very big bug in your app. While using in the web,there is the option to choose size and according to which country standards,like Us,Uk and etc. But you don't have the same option in your app.

I've waited 3 weeks paitiently . I have checked my mail box, it isn't at my front door. My first time actually ordering from here, and I haven't been more frustrated. I also have more coming. It's a great app I just need some genuine help. I've tried calling and it says " this service is not available" I've texted and went on live chat.

Bruh. This is like a Shein copycat, only that it's worse. Most of the things are the same item, either they're different colours right beside each other or slightly different. Some things have really bad photos that probably make the product seem worse.

Well I don't know iv had a few deliveries and loved all. If you order go a size smaller. Iv been ill and now having to buy all new clothes as iv lost a lot of weight,i have a few things ready that I want to buy I have a discount code to put in but I really don't know how to do it. There is loads of clothes that I would love to have as I know the quality is really good.

Pathetic app, ordered twice and got a call after two days stating that the product is out of order. When complained to the lady who called, she said we have problems with the website. Extremely unprofessional. Also, if u pay online and not do cash on delivery, u might not even get the money back.

I'm very disappointed with how things turned out. I live in the U.S. I attempted to place a order 3 times for $200. My funds were readily available in both my debit and credit card (I am a navy Federal holder). The charge was placed on my card once for my credit card and once for my debit card.. On the app and site itd say processing for 1 day then gets canceled saying declined... now I have $400 being held until it falls off. I attempted getting customer service assistance and nothing was done.

It's a terrible app can't even return an item going to waste don't try it it's not great service at all want to resets my last password it's didn't get through no reply in emails if you buy and you wish to return you will lose your money unfortunately.

They cancelled my order after a month informing me that the shipping option that was available was no longer available. In that time, I was the one making efforts to contact them to confirm the status of my order and up until the day the order was cancelled I was not informed.

I love the choices of clothes, first time buying and I hope everything turns out like in the pictures, if not these would also make a must to buy for my nieces such beautiful clothing. I really like it.

app glitches out when clicking international deliveries. cant close it. I'm surprised they don't even know where the international delvieries button is in their app. Its in in settings.

ordered lots of items and wasnt told it was out of stock, said on the receipt back order but I didn't know what it meant so didn't think anything of it, the email didn't say. I have messaged the company twice asking what's going on and where my order is but they haven't bothered to reply 🙄if I don't get any information by the end of the week I will just cancel my order. Don't understand why you say on the site that you have items in stock but then when I've paid for them you say they aren't 😑

Cute clothes, shops quick. I've purchased a lot from here and only gotten 1 item that was poor quality. Fell apart when I washed it. Otherwise, everything is super cute.

I received my order nearly 3 months after I placed my order. It was worth the wait. The clothing fits 100% and it looks exactly the same as the pictures on the website. Will definitely make use of them in the future again. As long as you are not in a hurry to receive them, it is definitely worth it.

Clothing sizes are not accurate, they are extremely cheaply made and look absolutely NOTHING like in the pictures...I wasted over $100 just to bag it up and take it to goodwill!

I ordered 2 items from this web site & would highly recommend this to my friends, not only that the shipping was quick & the items I ordered were both beautiful & exceeded my expectations I was very pleased with the fit & perfect.

over 2 weeks from my expected delievery date and still didn't get my order, and can't get a refund because as they say "your order is already shipped" but to this day it still didn't arrive. just seriously spare your self the trouble and shop somewhere else you don't want to wait this long and leave yourself hanging until they decide to finally deliever your order(which they still didn't).

I got part of my order yesterday, which was a jumper. The quality is beyond expectation by far! Shipping was super fast as well! I can't wait for my top to come in. I will order again soon!
