Lousy app and staff are very poor service for me. I just changed my new handset with the same number. I totally can't access my account any more. I call to the call centre is useless. They said repeatedly that try to activate on your device. I tried so many time but nothing happen till now. Remark Actually, I don't want to give any rate (star) on it but if I don't give the any rating I cant post my review. So, I just gave one star.
When i login everyday show invalid login . My pass not wrong and i already try fingerprint but show again and again invalid login plz don't say check internet already try .i want to fix that issue coz can't pick up money when i have urgent matter from ur account. Plz check ur app did work in pratice.Thank.if u don't believe i will prove that with photo.
Worst App I am really disappoited with the app. Always becomes black screen. I need to restart my phone again in order to login. I have A30 Sumsung 64 GB which is enough storage and version enough for the app.
It said login so i got login but saying the user is already login ... but no info is shown. I wanna request for one thing that user who use the old andriod version can't access the last update. Bank say they require to go to Bank every update. It's so inconvenient for some of them.
I can't log in when i type my passcode, it show log in failed again and again. When it log in the app would suddenly closed and restart again. I hope you can fix this bug.
The previous version can be opened in my phone, Samsung J7. But this one crashes every time I try to open it. A complete failure.
Pathetic service and experience. Their head which is located in Yangon(a commercial city of the Country) can't even authorize other branches. We I try to ask something they always deny to respond by saying it depends on local branches.

Before today updatr, everything is ok for me. Today update is not okay for me and my brother's account. In my iphone X, it shows that login is required. In my brother's mi phone, the app is dimmed after update. So please recheck your update. Thanks.

i prefer like to use this account rather than diffrient account but sometimes it makes me to dispointment because the logo does not come out when i need to open my account to make my own account trasfar.

After APR 7 mandatory update, the receiving transfer can't sync itself. It have to logout and login back.
