Just awful. Managed to set up two new cameras on about the sixth attempt. Next time in the app has forgotten them and says I have the wrong password when I try to connect (I don't). If I hadn't been able to access the cameras via RTSP I would have sent them back. Avoid!

half the app doesn't work, cannot control camera properly using the app as it isn't very accurate. I need to push right for my camera to go left and down for the camera to go up. this is a serious issue as the camera was bought so I can watch a large area but with all the controls not being accurate and only working backwards this is impossible to do quickly.

This cctv camera is good in quality. Just so sensitive that it alarms for even cats but it just shows its really detecting moving objects just too sensitive. I though it says it alerts on large objects moving but still useful. It capture photos of moving object automatically when set to do so. Also place microsd to record everyday events for reference if something happens. All in all this is good. Video and Picture are clear. On night mode, also good but much better if with lights.

Good, but: 1. Better if invited guest mode allowed for storing favorite positions. 2. Better if user could assign static ip/port to properly facilitate the ONVIF server. 3. Better if it would always show video stored on SD card, instead, it mostly says "network busy, try again later". 4. Better if it had a robust ONVIF communication logger. 5. Better if camera positioning control were not backwards in unflipped mode. 6. Better if flipped/unflipped modes were reversed to reflect intuition.

It's a good app no ads, easy use but the problem is, I turn my video quality FHD and very high thus, the video and pictures are still blurry vision and also the intelligent daemon it's so blurry and can't zoom-in. And also our internet connection is fine but this app weak to get connected sometimes, you can't use data it needs you to reconnect again. I hope you're app will improve more and more.

The app is not bad, but there is a lot to fix. The first complaint is that date and time synchronization doesn't work. When I select sync it spins in a circle. Other objections are that rewinding is limited to normal speed and accelerated. Another problem is that there is no possibility to select the part of the image that will be sensitive to the movement that will activate the alarm. One last remark. Why aren't there video markers in places where the alarm is triggered? I hope you will correct these shortcomings.

I don't know why the camera suddenly offline. Connection with the router is fine, but the camera is offline. I tried to reset the camera, but always stop on "Camera is connecting with App", it says camera communication timeout. Even though the router is near with the camera.

using older version of Android OS everything works fine but when I use it with Android 12 other feature works fine but with the communication specifically Voice Exchange the sound it produce in the camera is too low even twick settings still the sound is low. hope the developers fix this or have any solution. can't even use the IP Camera because of it.

Because i can't delete any section of video it has to be a clean wipe.... used to have the option to lock videos and it would auto delete old videos on older app versions, as you ran out of space...... down to 1 because you can't do anything with the footage other than view and screen shot

The app has many bugs. It should have the option to download video files from SD card, because streaming is slow and freezes a lot. Scroll bar navigation is horrible, it is impossible to select the beginning of the video clips. Instead of a scroll bar, it should have a list to select a specific video, similar to what you have in the CMS Client for PC.

I was very pleased in the beginning but not so much now. After the latest update I get visual notifications but no sound when alarm is activated by movement. That is what I need most! When sleeping I would rely on the audible alarm screaming at me. Now, nothing! Just a screen telling me which camera was set off. Not very useful.

Every time I switch to the multi-camera view my phones Volume goes down to zero, And I have to manually put the volume back up again. Can you please fix this as it is very annoying!

Free ads are the worst way to open a cctv app as oftentimes I have to access and see it in no time. Been patiently waiting for the developer to remove the ads or to offer a paid, ad-free version. Nothing happened. Now I can't stand the stupid ads any longer and am seriously considering to delete this app and throw away three devices, then move to another app/devices.

Why are there ADS?! Cannot be immediately skipped or disabled. This app is not a place for ads. Users bought your hardware, we have no choice but to use your app for it's purpose. The startup ad is the last straw. By the time I get to view the live stream, it's too late and I have to review the recorded video but have to wait for it to get written onto the sd card.

I've been using this app for a year and a half and somehow the updates now causes glitches where the camera disconnects as soon as I turn it on. Also the addition of adds before the camera opens is causing a delay that wasn't there before. Very frustrating when I need the camera quickly to see what is happening!

I installed two generic WiFi cameras and configured with both Yoosee and CMS client. Works perfectly so far with all the features working though I have disabled some such as white light and siren on motion detection. Ads started poping up few days later, few times but not now. At present nothing to complain. Adding cams via the phone worked only for one cam, deselected it and added both through network cables to router. Changed the source to WiFi afterwards. User manuals provided with cameras are useless. Had to try on my own and not difficult at all. As for me highly recommended. Sad to see some users are not lucky as I am.

It gives me a quick look at my boxer dogs while I'm at work. The audio is clear in both directions and the zoom is awesome!

I would give this 0 stars if I could got the exact same camera as my other 2 and they changed the firmware so there are no options to set time and they told me to get a refund for my cameras because they don't support yoosee for PC or there original program cms client which is actually a lot better than yoosee for PC I would highly suggest buying different cameras that don't use yoosee because your on your own NO SUPPORT AT FOR THERE OWN PRODUCTS definitely don't make the same mistake I did
