YOOX - Fashion, Design and Art

Ever since I discovered YOOX, I am almost exclusively shopping here. I stopped buying fast fashion items, because on Yoox you can pay the same for high quality designer items. I also get extra discount codes often and they work every time. My returns were all refunded. The only complaint would be that the app and the website don't sync, and I wish I could add more items to my dreambox. Overall, I am very happy with my purchases and I will continue ordering from Yoox.

Payments keeps failing. Says "Technical team is already at work to resolve it"...basically 'can look at items - but can't touch'.... . And before you say "oh must be bank doesn't recignise the transaction " or something like that - I've used this card before literraly month ago on your app, all was fine with it. oh well...I will go spend money somewhere else instead then..

Buyer beware. They will tell you that they issue refunds, but you will never get your money back. There isn't a customer service number, and they do not respond to messages or emails. I will never again purchase anything from this app.

Simply the best products at the best price. Qualities are outstanding and my preferred designers can't stop keeping me in a state of wow!!! oh!!

It was a very bad experience as I used to get a order number for my purchase and when I login using Apps to follow my order, it says there is no order at all !! Yet my items had purchased a week ago but still in waiting to ship out status even I did add on for express shipping.

It provides access to a plethora of designer clothing; fully satisfying. However, the search function is inconsistent in its stability. Attempting to narrow down search results via the filters can and will result in the filter resetting no matter what filter you use, therefore forcing me to restart the app. Not very amusing. And the latest update cleared out all the in app inventory, going to the web version is the only solution...

I like very much this app and this site. It's easy to get a complete visualisation of several items and to purchase.

I dont understand why everytime when i try to go in,the app is working very bad,or sometimes i cant either open it...😐

They charged me an import fee after I already paid an import fee and they changed the size of some items I ordered on my next order... it takes a long time to get stuff and it's frustrating that they sent the wrong size.

So far, my experience has been great. A great place to get new, authentic high end clothing for a more affordable price! Not everything is a great price, but just sort low to high and check frequently, it pays off! Plus shipping was only 5 days despite the site saying 12+ days!

I love this company and usually end up on it every black friday spending a small fortune. The app has always worked perfectly for me and I've never had a problem receiving or returning anything I've purchased there. I've been a fan for over 8 years. Keep in mind that some companies on this site are home-based in Europe and items are sent from their warehouses. This meant longer shipping times when things were "normal" i.e. 10-14 days.. great sales though if u watch items consistently.

great app just wish some things were cheaper especially when they are 3 years old collection. Also I had a item stolen from my porch that cost about $400 and neither ups or yoox would refund my money or at least give me a credit and I've ordered a lot of things from this company. its sad when they don't have your back especially if your a frequent shopper 😔

Just received delivery of my first purchase and am super happy with the overall experience! Was skeptical of shopping on it initially, since I hadn't heard of anyone in my circle shopping here. My purchase was delivered in 6 days to an address in India. The product came packed well with contents in excellent condition! I contacted the customer care in the last few days and they were courteous and super helpful! I will shop for the other items on my wishlist. Great job, YOOX!

They have to include if regular fit or slim fit etc... as this will help and avoid returns and the hassle

Bad customer service I have been using the app for over a year now I requested a refuned and the items bag bu i have not received my money back, i tried calling them more than five time over a month, and i keep hearing the same bs saying they will send an email to finance department to process my refund, but here we are one and a half months later and I have not received any thing , I tried sending them an email but no response. This is my last time shopping from them!!!!
