Not able to reset my password. No way to contact anyone. No way to put in maintenance requests or pay rent or anything unless I can get in. It won't let me put in the old password and says its incorrect when it's not. Unable to change my email address, either, which is no longer a valid or active address! So tired of issues and glitches and no fixes.

I try to pay my rent on the correct date. It gives me a confirmation that payment has gone through....but it does NOT WORK!!!! Once again this stupid app is malfunctioning. Now it just force closes. I have tried uninstalling and installing 3 times and surprise surprise it does NOT work. Absolutely sick of this app!

I had a great experience with this app before this past weekend when I tried to pay my rent. I filled out all my banking information and press pay now but I got an error saying the payment is "stuck at the gateway and to check back in 24 hours" to which I did and there was no payment there so I submitted another Sunday morning to avoid being late on my rent. then I can email at 4 in the morning on Monday that there was a payment posted and now my account was drawn again $800.00+. Very upset.

It wont charge you a service fee if you select the e-check option. If you dont have a bank account to do so, go get one and be a grown up. Plus, reading helps. Pay your rent from anywhere. You dont need a money order. You dont need to go to the apartment office. It also gives you a break down of your services and utilities. Im a fan.

Horrible. It would not let me log in. It said my email was registered. After countless requests for a password reset I never received one. Same for requests through the website. Abosolute garbage of an app and company.

I love this App, because it makes it so easy to pay my rent. The only issue i have is that i am unable to pay curent months electricity. I have to wait till the 15th of every month before it is even available. Which makes it impossable for me, due to personal reasons I won't divulge.

Keep trying to make payment, but app tells me payment is aborted for paying too much. Was working fine until this last month.

Inappropriately allows account to be locked without resident notification! No contact information for Yotta; so not sure who has management authority forthis app and or accounts. UPDATE +1 point: Yotta responded & unlocked app to allow rent payment. However, still no explanation who has access to randomly adjust rent information in app. In addition, unsure who "owns" app, how rental properties & Yotta "interface" for benefit of residents.

Paid, but shows balance. Tried again and it says payment made, but I didn't get a confirmation.

Forced password change no options for recovery, emailed link etc. Will not recognize any of the possible "Old Password"s. Prevents from proceeding at all - that means your users can't pay their rent nor submit Service Requests. Good job.

Not Functional: App immediately tells me to restart the app when opened. I'm unable to pay my rent or login. It worked up until the most recent update.

Not happy with the app. I finished my move in check list. Tried to submit -- says I have to complete all the rooms. So, I went through all the rooms on the app -- still wont let me submit.

This is completely unacceptable this app charges a service fee of 2.9% so if I am paying $860 worth of rent my rent comes out to $880 just for a processing fee....this should be illegal.... Replying to your post ...I will be calling the BBB on this app ... your processing fee is outrageous it should be illegal

Very easy to make payments and to keep service request. Very user friendly.

My app doenst work i unistalled and installed again. It still says unkown state app and that it has to be restarted. I need to pay my rent before this upcoming friday.

Prompts for download when there isnt one available and also I'm not able to setup reoccurring transactions.

Very easy to use and I never faced any issue while using it. I am loving the new version.

Can you take the payments out as soon as I make the payment instead of waiting a week it throws my bills off with having to wait

Very easy to feal with rent . u do have to pay a card fee though.

Horrible Trying to move into an apartment complex that is using yotrareal. Issues My temp password issued by breton milk apartment is a hit & miss. Always has to be reset Claims my bank declines every echeck!! Lie because citibank reps confirm no check nor echeck presented for the past 3 days. Staff at Brenton Mill including the manager entered information from my check booklet & she is patiently working with me & has even emailed IT no response nor resolution.

Very functional and easy to use

Please can yall fix the "the other amount option " I can't pay my rent in full I have to spilt it up.

For one who is technically challenged, this app is super easy to use!

Never really able to pay bill online as qas told it could be done.

this app needs a lot of work, if made me late on payment and charge me 75.00 late fee. which i will fight.

It makes it easier to pay rent and submit request
