You Got a Gift

Very painfully. You won't get the otp neither on mobile nor in email. Keep trying and wasting your time. Alas I never came across with this app but unfortunately company gave me gift which I want to utilise. Worst. There should be negative rating option to give minus 5.

Generally it is a nice experience, lots of options to shop from, but sometimes I get gift coupon worth 290 or 170, you need to make it flexible that the customer choose how much he needs to spend, for example i spent 200, remaining 90 aed in my gift card, am only maximum allowed to spend 50 at once time, I should be able to choose to spend the full 90. Now i have to redeem another 25, then another 10, and i will loose the 5 maybe. Thanks

It's easy to send gift cards and use for myself. However it's not easy identify which gift cards have been redeemed if you create multiple for the same brand. Hopefully this can be optimized.

It's a good app and other then the fact that it takes a little while to actually redeem the gift card. My only suggestion is to please add PayPal as a payment method as well since many don't have access to a credit/debit card at times. Thank you!

Bad app and there is no way i told anyone to use it, bad support and bad customer service. U cannot make any changes on the gift card and not support everywhere as they show. And if there is less then 1 star I'll rate them

I updated to latest version and my employer gift is gone. The app is saying the website is not available in my country (Bahrain). Very disappointed.

I have been trying to login with the app for a very long time now. The thing is: I can see my Happy Card gifted to me by my employer through the desktop site, but try hard as I might, I simply cannot login through my smartphone, since the Google servers always seem to have some problem, and there is always an error in contacting those servers

Cannot login. Tried to contact the support months ago but they were not useful at all. When I try to reset my password, It keeps asking me to login with my Facebook account, even though I have never used Facebook myself. When I try to login with my Gmail account, it says "account already exists". Of course it does, I'm trying to login with it!

Hello. I would like to say the idea of the app is great and the implementation is even more awesome. However, I would like to suggest adding a payment method using phone credit such as Etisalat credit. Currently, my card is deactivated and I can't purchase any gift card without using it. Please consider adding this payment method.

It's been more than a week while I updated my app as those coupon are not working after updating the app. Contact through email and they said it will be fixed within the week now it's another week. Nothing works. Worst service. I hope they can't steal money like that. Either fixed the issue or provide new coupon worth 300aed against my old coupon those has been removed by you. They are still valid untill 17 May 2020.

Completely wasted my time and money. After the lengthy jumping through hoops, downloading the app, making an account, and more, didn't give me the choice of region for my PlayStation Network card and ended up providing me with one for the wrong region, incompatible with mine. So not only did it waste my time, it wasted my money as well.

I don't understand what's wrong with you guys, before there was no update in your app nothing but all of sudden as you bring the update in app everyone's gift cards just got disappeared if we are trying to upload them manually it says invalid. Can you help me regarding that ASAP. You guys can't play with someone's money like that. Hope to get this resolved soon. I have already mailed with my contact details. So don't mention again to mail me or call on your no. No one pick up that no.

Being an online app, the expectation is that vouchers are provided which can be used online OR offline for every retailer. However many of the vouchers are for in-store use only. I contacted customer care to change/cancel a voucher as happened to be an in-store voucher since it cannot be safely used during the pandemic, however was refused and asked to read the 'terms & conditions'. Irrelevant response during pandemic. Unpleasant experience.

Works well. I just don't like i have to wait sometimes 24h to activate card. Orherwise works wonderfully

Even spent some amount of my vouchers but still showing the complete balance. We can't know by the app how much amount if voucher is remaining.

Takes 48 hours to activate. That's too much time. And that should not take long especially for credit card/PayPal with details already used previously to pay over and over again. You still have to wait. Those details should already be saved on your system for easy verification.

Its a very bad SABB-Visa-reward program I used the app to redeem my card point and select a PANDA store to have the gift card. I went to the store and the gift card was denied ! . I contact the APP and the did nothing since 23 march ! . They didn't solve the gift card issue, they didn't reverse my points to the account in order to use it in any another store , they just gave you an automatic sweet reply by email and thats all and your point is gone !. Useless app for reward visa points.

this app is a great way to gifts to your friends, just a few words of advice, don't buy the happy card, buy the store cards directly because the happy card has a minimum in the system that won't allow you to use the last bit of money on it. the helpline was slow but helpful, they ended up solving my issue with using the remaining money on the card

This app is not working since last so many days. Even if reported, the customer service claims all is well. I tried on different phones, iOS and android as well. Not allowing to sign in, nor create new signup, nor allowing to upload new vouchers.

A bunch of scammers. I bought a souq gift card they said it takes 48 hours to activate. next day they told me to send verification proof. This has been the first time for me when online purchase asks for verification after they have charged me. Anyways I sent them the verification they disappeared for like 3 days without any reply on my emails. 4th day they said my card got activated to figure out it wasn't and they sent the same exact email for verification ignoring what I sent.

excellent App really liked it everything is so convenient,easy and transparent awesome app to have in your phone. only one suggestion if possible then do not charge Service charges for You Got a Gift card.

There should be no activation charge

Very bad experience. All of sudden my all uploaded gift cards disappeared. Despite sending multiple emails and calls no proper customer support and issue still persists as of today since after many months now.

Terrible. Very poor. Constant updates needed. Frequent technical problems with the app. It's about time the developers of this app rectify the same

I received a voucher from a relative on May 7, 2020. I tried using it at Carrefour Burjuman. The cashier told me that it is used already. To save myself from embarrasment, I paid my bill in cash. I didn't complain or anything. The 200AED voucher stayed in my app. Today, I tried it again the same branch and the same thing happened. I called the hotline and the agent told me that it is used on Feb 18, 2020! The agent was very rude! How on earth did that happen?! DISAPPOINTMENT ×100!

very nice app to manage your gift card and spend wherever you want. got used to it through uaeexcahnge only. only feature missing is to combine gift card, should be added in future.

I got three egift vouchers worth USD 300 which I am supposed to redeem on Jumia online mall. The issue is they seem not to recognize these vouchers. I have tried numerous times to get in contact with Jumia as well as yougotagift but no help has been accorded. I am super frustrated and disappointed.

After updated software ...I can't paid by my PayPal account any. More.... their no any options for PayPal...but before I used my PayPal account as a long time when I am going oder gifts card...I believe Authority person will see this issue very deeply
