Never wants to connect to the device the app was made for. Layout is ridiculous. If selling in the US make an all English version. It shows up in Chinese characters in my notification bar. I believe there is supposed to be a battery indicator in the app that just says residualelectricity%. Really needs a lot of work. Worst of the 3 watches I have tried so far.

When I got this as a gift it looked promising, the packaging look decent and it felt high quality. I'm sad to say that looks deceive, even if you can get the watch to miraculously connect, the synchronization of the data doesn't work because I somehow can't get the time on my watch to change and the app's english is horrendous. I even tried contacting the developers but none of the messages I sent were replied to. I am absolutely tired of trying to get this working.

👍It did what it said it would. I had trouble at setting it up at first, but once you figure things out, it's ok. 1st Smart Watch so really impressed. All notifications I have tried: Call, messaging, etc. Also, you don't need to set the time! It's Automatic and you have a choice whether it is in 12 hr or 24hr input. Alarm not yet figured out. Water resistance to test. Plus+ Bluetooth CP Camera Button! 😎 Can't connect to Google Fit and Strava so really sad about it. 😔

I have the watch that is associated with this app but the problem with the app is that it needs to be fixed. Everytime I try to sync my watch but the app kicks me out every single time. The synchronization to the watch into the app does not work it takes too long to connect to the watch. And it does not record my blood pressure, or my heartbeat. It only recordes sometimes my steps, time, sleep, it really doesn't sync my sleep the app needs to be worked on seriously. for any kind of device.

Like many others reviews, the app doesn't fully connect to the device. It may say the device is connected at first, but it fails to sync to it, then fails to find it after a minute. I suggest anyone who is looking at the reviews to either make your own app to sync or find a new app to sync. This is useless.

Most annoying app I have ever used. Once it connects with the device and synchronises - crashes...and will NEVER respond. You can't even scroll down on main menu as it just FREEZE. I wish I have checked the reviews first before buying it as a "great" Ryanair offer. Deleting the app and returning the fitness tracker! Absolute scam!!!

Perfectly adequate for use with my UARTF based smartwatch. This is definitely a low-cost solution. I did need to clear the bluetooth cache and restart before I was able to connect (and you connect via the APP, not via bluetooth settings.) Once I did that it has been happily connecting to the device and keeping up to date, including automatically syncing the time with the time on my phone. Some proof-reading is definitely required in the system, but for a $10US smartwatch + free software this has worked perfectly well

Just download the app today, i can't pair my device to the app and it seems to be not compatible with my phone because the interface seems incomplete and the search for bind devices is not working. By the way my main phone is Samsung Galaxy A30s (Android 9), with my backup phone (Android 5.0) it is working properly . Can you please optimize it for the latest android software and a connectivity options to alteast Google fit and Samsung health.

I bought a watch from a Mankind Shop in the UK called BioBand Don't Buy it as both the Watch & App don't work very well even if you have your phone in your pocket it can lose its Bluetooth connection the watch can also lose the app completely which means Deleting the app & re-installing it also doesn't save your past steps! AVOID BIOBAND as it's just a Cheep step counting watch if you have not put it on take it back unless you want it just for a watch!

Crashes constantly shortly after opening, not very accurate in it's readings and some instructions are in Chinese. For it to work properly it need some serious tweeking. I begrudge spending money on an item when the accompanying app does not work in conjunction with it!

its is so slow it cannot even react when i press a button!!! I cannot wven pair my device because i justcant go to the page i have been trying this since 2018 November I've tried deleting and downloading the app again ,closing and opening the app again pressing and waiting foe a long annoying timebut stil nothing.The instructions paper was also not clear on how to connect it! I am veru annoyed and ged up that my watch cannot work! I only want to get my watch to work. please fix this ASAP!!!

The app is practically worthless, I can't access the device to change anything, and all the functions on the band with the exception of the step counter are worthless too. Don't waste your money buying this thing.

load of rubbish. the whole system is a nightmare. every day the apps crashes and the watch goes into the unbind disconnected mode therefore have to uninstall the app then reinstall before the it will work again something is radically wrong with the app supposed update needs somebody to urgently put this right.

Overall good, but the device is having a serious problem with connection, device is not connected via bluetooth half of the time. Please fix this. Also, when I try to set up a picture for my profile, the app crashes.

Now the app connects to the band but there is no communication between the two devices. The buttons of the app like "Measure" and "Device" does not respond... and it used to work great before the updates of both the app and the Android to v. 9

despite not running for any more than 30 seconds, ive been generous and given this app 3 stars souly on its attempt to be a great fitness watch app, for the one time i got it running it worked brilliantly with my watch, but since that one and only time, it has ceased to even try to operate. the watch however is fantastic!

This app keeps closing and most of the features in the app don't work. Consider fixing these bugs and update the application. the only reason I'm giving it more than one star is because at least it syncs the steps to the application and holds some data.

I have to agree that this app is disastrous. I cannot get heart and blood pressure on it and it continues to log out. synchronization rarely works. would love if someone could give helpful advice re working with this app.

App doesn't work,after you've entered your details it goes to a screen and asks you to allow messages,you tap accept and the app closes. I've opened it again and as soon as you tap the screen the app closes. Total rubbish!!

App closed every 2 seconds, wouldn't let me use it without giving it way too many permissions, once i did my wifi stopped working as I was in "airplane mode". After all that it didn't even connect to my watch. Absolutely garbage.

keeps shuting down , I've been trying to use it for months , this app wants all my phone info , it wants permisions for everything. I'm not in china, to be living under a system that watches every move I make. I live in a free country. All I wanted was a watch band to do what the info said it would do. just make your app work to make the watch functionable NOT AS A TOOL TO GATHER PRIVATE INFORMATION , fix it ! Oh and one more thing, not everyone uses the metric system or military time, FIX IT!

Terrible!!! Keep getting messages that app not installed when I tap icon on my phone. Then other times it work. Not worth the hassle. Also the blood pressure sensor is not accurate. This is one time I can honestly say, you pay for what you get! It was cheap and I got a bs product.

if I could give this zero I would. utter waste of money. Says it's synced buy clearly isn't. Can't even change the time on the device. The app crashes every time I change screen. RIP OFF. STAY AWAY.

this app keeps crashing it works when it wants its updating my steps heatbeat and blood pressure when it works please fix this. i have sent numerous feedback everytime its crashed , i have sent feedback at least 5 times today alone. im doing one star for now till this gets fixed and go from there

Absolutely awful app. I did have high hopes but am very disappointed. The watch doesn't stay connected. The call notification and text notification doesn't work. Please can you sort this out.

Very slow and irritating app. It freezes most of the times and hence it is difficult to use it. Also it asks for all the permissions to work, whereas iy should be working with minimal set of permissions.

It's not just the app but the device too. Data that the device generate is absolutely false. I tied the watch around a tree and yet it gave pulse value 72 and pressure 116/59 What can be more funny than this..
