the app is not good to use at all, for browsing item, it has the same issue like you use web. payment wise, the app unable to connect for credit card payment so i changed to use online banking instead, payment went through but my order indicate as cancelled...so much hassle to place an order..........
Shipping from Taiwan received in 3 days, very fast shipping. I also get my rewards coins and can use for purchase after click order received, very reliable app and marketplace!! Malaysia boleh
Noticeable app performance improvement from Q4 2021 to Q1 2022. A few suggestions to make it even better 1) Digitise all receipts and go paperless for all domestic and international orders 2) Apple ID not properly linked to an account (look how Shopee is doing it right) 3) Lack of other sign-in options, such as Microsoft account. 4) Issues with GrabPay checkout in-app, a blank page was shown after typing Grab PIN
Unable to use reward points on normal purchases that are not youbeli mall. Spin is a scam as it is always rigged to no reward.
I approached them at the Smart City Convention this year and looked into their app. So far it has pretty decent UI/UX and navigation for shoppers, so i was able to find things easily. Plus, it has a lot of information given about the shipping and payment methods available that i appreciated. My advice is to have a recommended tab at the home screen beside the hot selling tab, where it makes use of my search history or clicks. Please add a way to transfer to other wallets or into banks.

app is not well designed. should have a back button link to last item viewed instead of going back to homepage. also no description of product item to determine if item is the correct alternative. Also, difficult to remove multiple items from shopping cart unless you refresh every time you want to remove an item.
Easily get what i want to get.. wide varieties and competitive price with other platforms. User friendly app that allows me to search for an item easily. Highly recommended!
Absolutely horrible with neverending loading overlay that block the entire app screen. While I can scroll just fine, I cannot tap any item because of this stupid semi-transparent loading overlay. Fix it !
Slow loading time plus sometime payment process is buggy..
Duplicated Store Items, No Products or Store Ratings, Limited Filter Options, UI Not Consumer Friendly, No Dedicated Chatting System, Nonexistent Order Cancellation like other Shopping Apps. It's easier for you to grab a bicycle and go to the store to buy the items yourself. Trust me. 0/10 Would never shop again
Please, i repeat, please do not buy anything from this site. It is a total scam. I've bought some things, and paid a high delivery fee. But not delivered at all. You can't even ask them why as the customer service NEVER answers your calls, and they DO NOT reply your emails. Please don't loose your money like I did.
App is great but customer have 2 problem here,first is points,i dont know why we received points from purchase because the point cant use for redeem or exchange to cash . Next is ,i hope this app have a few ways to make user more likely to use and spend in app , example free reward for new-user and invitation rewards (Rm- per invite or points that will exchange for other else)

Very bad payment system... I tried with 2 different e wallet and both get stuck. Money deducted from my e wallet but in youbeli the transaction does not pass through
It's good. Just user interface a little less advance than other apps. But it is definitely less messy.

Your portal has so much potential ... but.you need to step up.your game to compete with the big TWO... free shipping and discounts is the way to go ... And your vendors pricing is not comparable to others... work on it !!!
Found a rare merchant, Gerak Budaya in app. Can pay with Boost. But app loading from one page to another is a bit on the slow side.
This apps better give ant push!!! Whole pages very lagging, all shipping fee Rm 8+ and above event buy a toy...give Ant push la!!! Faster close this apps la!
Very bad service , customer service take almost 5hr just to respond to 1 wassap enquiry , and the seller doesn't even respond or feedback anything regarding the purchase , i only buying ewallet reload but waiting for more than 9hr and still didn't receive my reload pin , worse
Easy to navigate and many good deals. Good customer support and after sales service. 👍 support Malaysia local marketplace.
This apps need a huge fix, everytime click on selection nothing response, eg: click on book & stationary nothing happens.

Best place to shop.. no issue at all, but if can add credit to youbeli wallet more 👍. Sometime ipay88 gateway stuck 😓. Also email for review product after purchase.. dont have link to reviews poor seller hahaha
The app itself is good, it was easy for me to nagivate and place an order. The payment service is great, as it include various methods of payment, including ewallet. There's also a lot of interesting offer provided by Youbeli. I had some issues with my order, and the customer service provided prompt response to my inquiries (For email and Whatsapp). They also constantly check in on us regarding the status of inquiry. It was a pleasant experience with Youbeli.
