Joke of an app. Had my application denied because my documents dont match? Citizen of Ru btw, so that cant be the reason. Called them and they said the decision is final, your documents dont match. All tbe other apps accepted, but something doesnt match here. Отказали из за несовпадения документов. С чем они не совпадают, не известно) СБ сказали что решение окончательное) все остальные приложения приняли, а тут чтото не совпадает)

Problem with the payment 6 times my card has been charged for 20 rub. But in the application there is a message that payment declined. Now I don't know what I need to do and you don't have a place that customer can write to you...

It's amazing how a foreigner person residing in Moscow can use their services. I really liked everything because it makes my life easier, specially when it comes to fair calculation, parking, and refuling. However, the app does work only in the morning, after 12:00 or after I book a car I cannot access to the application and "failed to connect with the server message pops up which is a real irritating issue. You have to call the service, wait for 10 minutes on the line, and operator to end it .

1)Very long process of verification. 2)Verification failed multiple times. Require numerous documents for verification, which upon submitting still the verification fails. And customer service is too slow. Maybe a sloth is faster to respond. 3)No clear reason for rejection of verification. 4)Now no way to delink the bank card linked at the time of registration. 5)Delimobil is better - faster verification with minimum documentation.

I use other services of car sharing in Moscow, never had a problem with them, except for this YouDrive. They ask more documents than any other car sharing service and even if you submit all of them correctly they accuse you of some irregularity. I suspect they use the service mostly to collect data from people because instead of clarify what's wrong they simply block you and keep your credit card information. Awful, scammers.

Worst car sharing app I've ever seen. When I installed, it asked my number for verification, and my number is from USA, it gives a "Verification Error" message when I select +1 for USA, and never receive a text message. So impossible to install the app. Uninstalled after.

App is awful, lagging. you have to restart it on start and finish

As a foreigner they asked me 3 times for my migration card and when I sent it over and over, I wrote a mail explaining that, and they just blocked me. Now I can't register anymore. Delimobil was fast and with no problems.

My access was denied as a foreigner although I have international ride licence without description of reasons.

App doesn't work properly. Sometimes you'll just have to wait until it starts working. Also company charged me 2000 Rub fine for the dirty interior which had already required cleaning when I rented the car 🤷‍♂️

TERRIBLE!!! I uploaded the migration card instead of the registration and I get denied the access. It's a pity there's no chance to correct one's mistakes. Now there's no way to access to the service, what a deplorable situation!!

Unpleasant experience. Constant selfie verifications. Inconsistent car quality some clean some dirty beat up and stinky. Most cars are missing windshield wiper fluid, creating unsafe driving situations. Blocked me for selfie in a mask because I didn't want to touch my face according to covid health regulations and kept money that was sitting as credit in the account with no means to appeal.

They blocked me!! And they say tour visa dosnt verified!! Its a bad jok from them! I loged in their app with my bank account!! How can be my visa have problem when i registred in other car apps and im already in moscow in uni?! They dont answer well and they dont do anything about that!!

An awfull service with an app that is full of pugs, can't open or close the normally because of the app and they still counting money on me, specialy the make us to pay the fine after a month to get more money from you. Don't recommend it at all.

I am 31 years old and have had a driver's licence since I was 16, but YouDrive can't verify documents correctly and customer service are slow to respond. It's not a friendly service for foreigners. I am disappointed with their efforts.

this app is not for travelers customer service is horrible and customer service agents make ridiculous request including asking for a usa driving abstract be translated and noterised if your from the usa and your drivers lic is been renewed withen the last 2years they will tell you that you havent been a driver for more then 2 years foregin travelers beware and do not waste your time with this trash app

Doesn't work on Huawei. Overall does the job, but comparing to Yandex drive it misses features like Bluetooth doors and hourly packages extension

Server side troubles from time to time. You could catch this when you trying to open the doors of booked car or to finish the ride, so you'll pay for the waiting. Support phone is always busy

Well maintained car fleet, good coverage and pricing. No trouble with the app so far.

trying to register since yesterday. too many documents. the app does not specify what is wrong with documents. some documents are asked in Russian. no English

I don't recommend use this app, you will waste your time, I submitted all documents but they rejected me without any reason, I recommend use Delimobil app. Delimobil accepted my documents in 15 minutes

Does not work. Asks for photoes update for many times, and then declines documents.

Useless if you have anything but Russian drivers license. Russian law allows you to drive with international drivers license if you are not permanent resident but this company decides not to support this...

Best carsharing, good app
