before the start of the lease, we will show videos with instructions on all occasions of a new form of transport;
scooter will not have to charge - we will do it ourselves;
completing rent, attach the scooter to the parking lot and take two photographs;

Technical characteristics of the scooter:
range of up to 15 km on a full charge;
speed of 25 km / h on a flat surface;
maximum weight of the driver together with the load - 100 kg;
front and rear brake;
a flashlight and a beautiful blue tube.
The service works on a per-minute lease model. You can drive two hours or fifteen minutes - you need to pay only for the time actually using the scooter.

This app told me that my ride costed 9.7 AZN. BUT I HAVE SEEN HISTORY OF MY CARD AND IT SPENT 15 AZN!!! GIVE MY MONEY BACK!!🖕🏻
A lot of bad reviews here, and I'm sure many are valid, but my experience has been the total opposite. Using the app is easy, the app itself is pretty decent. The scooters work fine. The only thing I haven't done yet is talking to support because I never needed. Just make sure you follow the rules, park within the area and in an allowed space. Don't be reckless on the scooters, and will probably be fine. I have been very happy for now. I only wish the parked area in the map would be transparent
Very hard to register. It requires too much personal data, adding a credit card is NOT enough to use this application and ride a scooter. This is NOT a banking loan to require so many documents! Completely impossible to use for a foreign visitor. Bad.
I just wanted to see where the scooters located, because I need exact place, but it was required to enter payment data. In another app it is possible to skip this and do it later. Ok, I entered my card data, but map doesn't work, I see only 1 scooter in Moscow. Waste of time.
3-4 time tried to connect my visa electron card, on all attempts it took money and still can't use the app it stuck on Add the card screen. Contacted support the only thing that they suggested is to just reinstall the app, and still nothibg works. 0/10
very bad app. i just checked the scooter and left and it started charging me without knowing it and without even connecting with the scooter! my bank sent me SMS that i am charged 6.50 euro (initial amount when u start, 50 cent is a lie there is 6.50 euro minimum charge) and then i had to find the scooter again to end rental. App is extremely bad written. DO NOT USE IT.
Constantly shows me the map of Moscow, despite the fact that I am in Yerevan. Lot of loading screens, after which I am in Moscow again. Pressing "Exit" in the Profile section removed profile from the phone. Really? Who in his right mind named button removing profile "Exit" ? The idea is a good one, just fix the App.
Could not unlock a scooter but started the rental. I could not cancel or end the rental . Charged me $30. Did not refund saying I have to fill out a form. Did not send the form. Nightmare app.
Could not register as no confirmation sms has been received, tried multiple times. Could only work by using a Cyprus registered number, once done the app is quite nice and easy to use.
The map that shows where the scooters are often doesn't work. Also I had to take money out of the bank card I put in as when I went to stop the rental payment, it glitched out and kept taking my money!
This app is a joke, when I enter card details, it asks for 3ds confirmation, I switch to a bank app to confirm it and then back to YouDrive which asks me to add a new card and I'm in a never-ending loop.
A lot of required permissions, a HUGE amount of personal data and a long as hell registration process. Didn't even finish it
Did not manage to authorise it by sms. It had the error of 'too many requests' however I got the sms. It did not offer me the chance to enter the sms.
Terrible app, doesnt let you sign in if you already signed up in the past.. most functionalities in the app dont work
WoW it's the coolest app ever and you reduxe traffic quite well! I surely recommend this, it's easy, fast and cheap! It's way fast to travel with this scooters!!!
Charges a lot for a short distance.
Do not use this app in Cyprus, it will not recognise any scooters even if you are right infront of them. I use Android and hopefully they fix this soon.
You need to be Russian resident to use it. But you can use car sharing without it;) Logic
The service supposed to be cool, but the application is written very poorly.
Are you serious ? It asks all of the phone permissions as well as all of the personal data ... Renting a car requires less documents than a scooter ... ))

This app writes off the money over the ride price. See odd transactions in my wallet.
The app charged me extra because the scooter didnt turn on :( I was charged 4 times.
You simply cannot end your rental. You ll need to call them all the time. And sometimes they dont answer
10!!! minutes to release the scooter! The App wouldn't upload the photo and no reason for that given. Had to carry it with me until the process would be completed. Once released, while walking with it by my side, wheels would start rolling and moving around hurting myself. Hardly managed to move it on the side to park it. The fact that all this time was charged is unacceptable since it was App's problem, not stressing the wasted time and frustration.
