absolute waste of an app you cant do anything with it. The app constantly crashes and force closes its absolutely annoying. there is no point of even downloading this, and people have spoke about if for years according to the reviews and it still doesnt work. shows how much they care.
Awful!! Used a few times last year with my s7 then just started crashing. Deleted and reinstalled and still crashed. Every. Single. Time. Recently tried installing on my new s10. Still crashing. Wd earn incentives to use the app for work but I can't. 😡 So frustrating.
I work for a big company in the TV industry. We use this to reward each other for a job well done. It has not worked on my galaxy s8+ for months. Keeps crashing. Do you developers care to fix the issue? Doesn't seem like it since all the reviews say the same.
This app keeps crashing as soon as I try to launch the app. I finally got it o work again months later after I uninstalled and reinstalled it several hundred times. Now it's back to square one because it's crashing as soon as I try to open the app again.
Crashes every single time, I don't think I've ever even been able to use the app. I've un- and reinstalled a few times with the same results. Why, with so many of the same review has this not been fixed? Are you reading these? Is there a plan to correct these issues? And if so please tell me when.
App crashes as soon as log in credentials are entered. App has not worked in 2 months. constantly crashed. have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still does not open. App has been junk since it was rolled out to myself and other co workers last March of 2018.
Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall app due the app crashing when trying to open. Looks like alot of people reporting the same issue. Maybe it's time to address it???????????
Sad to provide one star but providing an app to the app store that doesn't run on a Samsung s8 is not worth more, not even one star but zero. Get your developers some testing skills or at least one professional who does a quick download and run check on all recent phones. I consider re-evaluation if you manage to fix it before the 1st of October.
Doesn't open anymore. It seemed to work fine when i first downloaded, but i haven't been able to use it this whole year. what's the point of having it? please update and fix! great idea, poor execution.
app crashes when I just click on it to open. I have to uninstall then reinstall and only then does it work for a week or so then it happens all over again.

Not sure what happened but it crashes upon trying to open. Not a very useful app anymore, considering you can't use it at all now.

App crashes on open following latest Android update (Samsung Note8), rendering this app unusable. Switched to supported app (Kazoo) which seems to be working.

since a few updates. app keeps crashing now. It will not open now at all. please fix the issue it has been this way off and on for a few weeks now. The bug fixes have caused more issues. Will uninstall and see what happens. it was ok before all the issues started. Can't use app the way it is...
