Awful. The old app was useful, this is mostly ads to sell training sessions and YouFit merch. I used the old app to easily record workouts, but it looks like they removed one of the most useful features. Plus, the new app wiped my points. When I signed up, my gym was open 24 hours, but then they slashed the hours they were open. With a downward spiral like this, I'll be looking for a new gym come time to renew.

The login scanner does not work. I have used the scanner to check in 3 times versus using my card. It has been over 24 hours and no point change. I also sent a message to the app group with no response over two days ago. I had over 300 points with the old app and now those points are also gone with this new app . Still stuck at 87 points.

The old app was so much better. This new layout is messy and not even useful. Seeing the classes available is difficult and I cant even sync it to my calendar like before. It's way more difficult to look ahead for classes to take too. Every functional part of the old app was taken away. Probably going to delete this new app cause it isnt even useful anymore like the old one.

Poorly Thought Out - One of the things I used the old shop for was to add classes ro my calendar. Now, I can see the schedule, bit not add out to my personal calendar. That's just one of several things forgotten with the new app. I would think looking at the features if the old app would br one of the first things considered when designing a new one, but there's no way that was the case here. And who's Sarah?

I really liked this app but since the update everytime I try to log in on my phone I get "oops something went wrong" internal server error. Please fix it. Thanks! UPDATE: I have uninstalled this app. It is useless because I cannot log in. Their customer service is useless as well. My issue was escalated to Karen Everett who said my issue would be resolved in 24-48 hours and she would get back to me. She never did. I called and left a message. She never called me back.

Absolutely pointless app which adds zero to my fitness regime. To look for your check-in times you need to go to the website. So many of the the articles, if I could be bothered to try read them, require a separate login/password. I pay a membership so make them available. Such a poor example of an app.

It deliberately takes you to a third party source which is likely county or state gym club and then reroutes you back and conveniently times out. This is a textbook deceptive business practice to make it as discouraging as possible to look at your membership rate, make any changes if any kind. I suspect a huge majority of their revenue is based on those who forget they have a membership and make it hard as possible to cancel.

Useless. I tried multiple times to register and never got past the screen where I enter my home club. I hit "next" and it said my barcode number was not valid. I retried a few times and made sure to double-check the barcode number. I also tried scanning to no avail. This app is a POS. I'll use the card on my keyring anyway!

All my points and almost 3 years of training logs showing my progress are lost because of updating to this new app. I'd just like the training history back. I would have liked to get my training history transferred before losing it. Really disappointing change with no notice.

Always seems to work for me, although is very basic and just for check-in and information. Would love to see more options, like being able to enter in sessions, complete on the treadmill, elliptical, exercise bike, etc.

Had to uninstall cuz i got frustrated with it. Unfortunatley this app does not work for me. 9 times out of 10 i get an error message and not able to login. It always says "oops something went wrong". Also when u try to login to the app it takes me to a website to login. Whats the point of downloading the app if its going to just send you to a website instead. I want to use it to build points for checking in but i cant. I love youfit and their team but unfortunately i dont like this app at all.

This new app is HORRIBLE it does not have have the capability to set goals duh!!!, class schedule ,record workouts it seems to me it is a sales gimmick with ads everywhere there is nothing on this new app to motivate you to get up and get moving ALL my POINTS are GONE they did not roll over to this new app The first app was more user friendly and goal oriented I really like fact that the app really help with goals and achievement. The only thing anyone uses this for is so they don't have to carry a membership card. But unlike the planet fitness app YF doesn't force the phone to full brightness when showing the QR code. So it make it highly unlikely that it will scan. You you have to manually increase the brightness for it to scan each time you go to the gym.

Terrible!!!!! Never had problems with old app, but now cannot login. Tried to change user name and password, no emails with links received on my end. Change is not necessarily good in some instances. Went from great to very bad!!!!

This company is a crook, for 5 YRS I have been paying $15 a month, you would think that they would have adjusted the price for current customers. Nope! When bought to their attention the pretty much gave me the finger. Told me cancel and pay all the fees again. Manager kind of made it right. You will have to pay fee again and make sure old and new contract do not run concurrently. SO FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAD CONTRACTS FOR A LONG TIME, MAKE SURE YOU ARE ONLY PAYING $10.

Old app was better and helpful. I liked that i could record my workouts on the old app. That's been removed on this new app. And worse, this new App needs the option to view and manage monthly membership payments and statements. I want ro change my debit card info but can't do that on the app. And stop replying that you "feel sorry..." blah blah blah! Just fix the app. You made it worse when it was already great to begin with.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. The old app was a LOT better. You guys got rid of every single way to get reward points except chekcing in to the club AND you even got rid of the view history portion so I dnt even know IF I'm getting my points for checking in. HORRIBLE I HATE IT. I'd give this app -5 stars if possible!

I am not a fan of this new version. I am not able to set goals to work towards. Its what has been keeping me motivated! The previous app told me i would no longer have access! Love my gym, not the app. Considering uninstalling all together.

Broken. Reset my password, still doesnt accept my login. 4 years of using the other app and it never had issues, now I try to update and it's a completely different app with no notice that it's been changed, it goes to a site that is not Youfit branded which means its outsourced now and doesnt function at all.

I'm very disappointed I can not get into the new app. the email to reset password never comes. I've called club email is correct I've emailed 2 different areas support after 2 weeks furst support told me to email app support I did and nothing just emailed AGAIN. Called support number sent to home club they can't help and if you stay on line or press 0 you are hung up on, NICE!! Oh also commented on a Instagram pay of new app. NOTHING! So maybe someone reading these would like to help.

The main thing I used the old app for was to set goals and log workouts. Why in the world would that have been taken away in the new app? Thoroughly displeased. This app feels like more of a sales pitch than a fitness tool. If this is the direction the company is taking, then it might be time for me to move on to a different gym.
