It stopped giving me surveys lately and it kept telling me that an error occured. I deleted the app and reinstalled it again but it requires an email verification code, and even though it was the right email, they weren't sending it to me. This a scam, don't bother spending your time with this app. The same goes for their official website as well. They're all scammers.

I get 3/4 of the way through the surveys and get an error message. Exiting and returning or doing it in a browser doesn't help. Can't go beyond the error. Been happening for a few months and support do not reply to my messages for help on the matter. Very poor.

I accumulated enough points for redemption after using the app for about 3 months. Most of the polls and surverys were interesting and relevant and did not feel like a waste of time. There is definitely a "cooldown period" where I noticed after about a month the rate at which I got new surveys fell off a lot but the rate was still not bad. Your mileage may vary as how many surveys you can get depends on your details. main improvement I would suggest - more ways to redeem for different rewards

It tool quite a while (nearly 12 months) but I finally got enough points to redeem £50 cash. The surveys are generally quite interesting and based on different topics but sometimes can be a bit repetitive. It's also virtually impossible to get hold of anyone if you have technical issues!

Do not get points awarded for banking history, numerous attemps to contact support via app chat and direct email and not one reply other than the standard auto acknowledgement. Further attempts to contact support via their supported methods and not one response, if I wasn't so close to being able to redeem points I would remove completely. Not very professional service at all.

Easy to use and like notifications when there is a survey to complete. The free type boxes need sorting though so you can actually type words easily. I give up when asked for opinions it can take 4/5 attempts to actually type a word without it deleting it.

I need to change my email address, can't do it in the app or online, for some reason have to message. So I messaged you, multiple times now, it goes to a black hole it seems. Hope you're not paying someone to work that inbox. Otherwise pretty good

Have used YouGove for around 3 years, I cash out around 2 or 3 x £50 per year. I have noticed surveys are becoming longer for less points, you'd always have more than 100 points if a survey contained a video, now they send surveys for 50 points which includes a video. Apart from that the app is great and I highly recommend joining. The cash out can be paid the same day into your bank account and I haven't had any issues with that.

A brilliant app to earn pocket money. I have redeemed my points more than once. But there are some things that need to be known: 1. Survey frequency is somewhat low. 2. The redemption amount is high and it takes a lot of time to reach that point. 3. There's a way to earn more points by opting in for YOUGOV PULSE only if you get invited 😉.

Legit app. You will receive surveys however, NO guaranteed rewards. After 2 years of so much effort on answering surveys and inviting others to join, I finally banked 5000 points which is equivalent to 1000 mobile load top up. I read and follow the instructions correctly on redeeming BUT IT'S BEEN A MONTH and no reward received yet. [Updates] They are not replying to my emails. It's been a year since I redeemed the reward but still not credited to my account.

Surveys are simple and easy to follow, and the app is nicely designed. The only point of improvement is adding a back button to surveys, so that if you make an error you can correct it.

One of the worst app for survey. 1.The frequency of the survey is very low. 2. Minimum withdrawal is very high. 3. It is nearly impossible to set it's "Pulse programme".

Still nothing.Every time you update the app I cross my fingers that you fix it. It has been well over a year that I have been unable to use the app. When I sign in, it accepts my email address and sends a verification code. It usually takes exactly an hour for the code to arrive...but the verification code is only good for 10 minutes. See the problem? I can sign in on the web site just fine and I do receive the verification code so I know the email is correct. Inquiries to support go unanswered.

Terrible. It loops me round and round with the verification email. The only points I've earned I haven't had the chance to keep because I have to start over again and again. Total waste of time!!!

Bad experience. Used to be a good app, and they used to pay you the money when you redeemed points. Al though, now they only pay a portion of what they owe. Their customer service is sh#$ too. I have emailed multiple times, DM'd via messenger, contacted via FB, contacted through the app, all of these, lots of times. Still no answer. They owe me three lots of redemption of 5000 points, that is... they owe me $75aud. This is now dragging on for nearly a stil; o ans no answer from them.

I continue to use it. But most of the questions are loaded ,in one of there latest questions, as it happens on man made global warming, you had no choice to say, you don't believe it, your chose was don't know!. Also want your personal data to sell on. Interestong app but use carfully Also political bias, you can only like or dislike conserervatives and no other party!!!

Great way to kill time while slowly making extra money. Do the surveys whenever you can and eventually you'll get some nice gift cards! The surveys are legit research, marketing and otherwise. They're fun, mostly simple to do, and span over a wide variety of topics. Definitely recommend.

great app. the point awards are reasonable and they pay! The surveys are short enough and no without having to download any extra apps or games. and no commercials! You just have to wait to be invited to a survey but I've never waited more than a day. I just cashed out 30 Dollar Michaels gift card and I'm happy. try it!!

I much preferred the other app. For this one I've had it for at least a month and I've had no surveys, I haven't had the daily questions for a fortnight and the survey that asks you a bunch of random questions goes on FOREVER and you don't even get anything from it! The old app gave me £12 in the course of a year; with the way this app is going I'm starting to wonder if I'm ever gonna actually earn anything. Overall a very disappointing app and I'm only keeping it in the hope it'll improve.

The YouGov direct part of this app is completely broken, and has been for quite some time. You can receive invitations to Direct surveys, but are directed to a completely blank screen. My balance for this part of YouGov is also in the minuses, with no logical explanation for this. I am not confident a fix is being created.

I haven't been able to redeem my points since December 2021. The app and web both return a persistent "oops, an error has occurred". No one responds to the numerous Emails that I've sent to their support while logged in as a user too. C'mon!

just filled out a 30 minute long survey to find out that the survey I filled out doesn't actually pay, wish they'd specify. Apart from that, the app is pretty good. You won't get huge amounts of cash, the most you will get is 50 quid a month, but for the actually paying ones, it only takes like a minute to fill it out, do it daily and you'll have 50 quid before you know it.

Surveys are steady, I've redeemed a gift card after just a few months. When I complained that it's been taking to long, customer service apologized and awarded me some points. I'm happy with that and hopefully my next email will be soon. They ask relatable and easy to answer questions on the polls. It's way better than any other survey site. It's a data polling app that uses redeemable points.

An app that promises money. To reach the exchanging amount, clearly, you have to be pretty active. Surveys are not frequent, therefore easy cash is not a good definition for it. Still... Money never comes free. It's a 50/50 for me. Not deleting it but I forget often I even have it installed.

I would avoid YouGov for the following reasons: 1. They don't answer emails other than with an automated reply with zero follow up after that. 2. After accumulating points for months when it came time to redeem them only half were paid and emails asking about where the other payment was have been unanswered. 3. A similar story with their so called "Direct Program". Again the redemption has not been paid I would give the App a negative score if I could.

I've been using YouGov for like 1 or 2 years and it's a good survey app although they dont really give surveys that often but it's still good. I've never experience this on YouGov before but why is there error when I wanna redeem my $25 to my paypal. It keeps telling me to try again.. I even restarted my phone and it still doesnt work. So i hope you guys do something.

I'm not getting anymore surveys! I've accumulated 54,950 in points and no more surveys are popping up! I need 55,000 to cash out $50. What a coincidence, as soon as I'm about to hit the 55,000 point mark, the surveys suddenly stop!! This app is a scam!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH IT!!!
