I'm trying to withdraw USDT, the transaction is processing since yesterday... People from the help center are just telling me it's under review by their tech team. No more explanation, no ETA on when I will receive my funds. Not acceptable in my opinion.

This app has the worsest way of verification. Always denied or not accepted although originals are good and followed the instruction. Spend lot of time for nothing.

Used to be great - slow and glitchy. Customer service is slow and they do maintenance without any notice so crypto gets locked up until they're done. Closing positions take forever so within seconds you could go from profit to big losses.

not even 1 star : was going to use it but not now i've found out that to withdraw ur crypto back into fiat they're going to charge at least 10% !!!! (you withdraw €500, u get €445, they take €55 JUST for a simple money withdrawal) !!!! Shop around, theres better out there. On your bike youhodler !!!!

These crypto rates beats all the current bank interest rates right now since YouHolder created this app. Best app compared to other ones I've seen. Pays out interest weekly and enjoying seeing how much grows weekly. Need some sort of add on feature to see how interest accumulates very quickly in each week month quarter 6months full year earnings

I have had the app on my phone for a couple of weeks. I have received two email messages stating that I need to make a deposit soon or else my account will be deactivated. The reason being is that inactive accounts drain resources. Now if it had been one or two years of inactivity I might understand but it has only been 2-3 weeks. That's too stressful for me.

Very troublesome until account verification was possible with several contacts to support That apps lags too much, to a point where one's just looking at a menu for ages to see if anything happens at all. My phone is new and I have no such problem with other apps. I see a lot of support answers here saying to reinstall app!!! Not a solution, why would one need to keep reinstalling it to see if works?

This app is very user friendly. It's so simple and transparent in what they are doing. Yes the fees might be a little high but thats the price you pay if you want to make 10 times your deposit in 1 hour. This is subject to doing a bit of research on price action prior to committing to a trade, because this has to be 100% accurate if you are depositing larger amounts or you could lose it all. I've not seen anything else out there like this, they really have captured a little niche in crypto.

Tried a few times to complete the verification process tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app just to be constantly told the documents failed to upload and to check my internet connection. My connection is clearly fine if im able to get on here and leave a review as well as download and install repeatedly. In app I was also notified my account was being deactivated due to not verifying my identity. Its been 2 weeks and verification process doesnt work. What a joke.

Cannot upload my verification documents - get CHECK THE INTERNET CONNECTION error. Tried on cellular net and on WiFi, several times, on different days. Needless to say my internet connection is fine. Support suggested to reinstall the app and try again. Tried. Same error. I don't feel comfortable to trust my crypto with development team, that has such trivial issue with their most important user interface.

User interface experience is great. App and website features are cool. Fees are transparent. But fees are High. I think they should reduce their fees overall. Deposit fee, withdrawal fee, assets conversion fee, etc needs an overhaul. No doubt if they can reduce their fees then its gonna rock the industry

Pretty useless, if your limiting our verification options. Please expand on vertication options for people in South Africa, only allowing our passport is pretty pathetic on your side, how you expect to attract more people with such limitations, on the verge on just deleting app and finding something better.

The apps kept crashing every second time I opened it up. I had to uninstall and install again. I am just simply using the web app now. Customer service is good. Answered back within 2hours. I hope the team can get the phone apps working.

Hi. I have been having issues trying to login to my account the sms is not sent for the two factor authentication. I have tried numerous times and the sms is never sent. Without it I can't access my account. This is very frustrating and if it continues like this, I will never use it again or recommend it to anyone. So please fix the issue. This is amazing! It has everything I ever wanted from a crypto app. Also, this is really what serving the "unbanked" is all about. Most crypto loan apps have really high minimum loan amounts which are around $1,500 to $5,000. That's just out of reach for a lot of customers especially from developing countries. $100 minimum sounds reasonable and attainable enough. The loan process is also very fast and hassle-free. Please market this product more, a lot of people would really benefit from this!

Working as intended so far. I use Blockfi and this one to split my risk. The rates on stables is top notch without having to hold or stake a coin to get it. Will update later.

Awesome app. Love the updates. I would love a feature that could send notifications to me about the price of bitcoin. For example as values rise or fall I can always be in control of my profits or loss. Awesome!
