I really want to use this app to watch a new c drama that just came out but i literally can't figure out how to change the language so can understand. Im in the process of learning Mandarin but i 100% wont be able to learn fast enough to use this app. I would be a vip if i could use this app.

This app only starts up in portrait mode on Samsung S4 SM T830 . You can view videos in lanscape mode but you can only select them in portrait mode. The app does not operate in landscape mode at all. It switches back to portrait mode for all operations. Also, the app does not support swiching to night mode. Finally, the app does not display a banner of liked videos. Compared to the cell phone version, there are still many bugs. 很期待更新的办版。。。Also, the email address below bounces.

I think its a good Video application for those who loves to watch cdramas , but unfortunately it doesnt have English Language. I am an international fan who loves to watch cdrama, but i am dissapointed because i cant understand. I dunno how to read chinese characters that's why its hard for me to watch. I hope your on next update kindly add english as one of your Languages 🙏😥😥😥

Youku needs to cater for people around the world, the app is in Chinese. No instructions to change to English or any other language. I'll have to uninstall it because I can't understand anything.

The app installed from google store can not play any video on Chrome OS for arm. However, the app downloaded from YouKu officila site can play on Chrome OS for arm.

It's a great app, you can do lots of things without signing up. However the shipping function is a bit hard to use because you drag your finger across the screen to skip parts of a video/movie/drama and it's hard to get the part that you want to skip to, but it's not that much of a problem

So misleading. I have seen other apps from different countries do this as well, the description is written in English but the app itself is not, but if we take a closer look at the pictures they provide all the words written are in another language, it's very misleading honestly.

Can you guys put the app in english as well or even if you could put in a translator for all languages. There's a lot of movies i would like to watch. But it keeps on giving me notifications that i don't understand and it's blowing up my phone and i don't know how to shut off the notifications. If i knew how to customize it in english i could stop it. I don't speak or read Chinese. I really like the app. But it really needs to be in english so everyone can use it. Thank You

It's good to be able to watch all different Chinese shows and videos. I use this app to practice Chinese. People who are giving falsely negative reviews because the app isn't in English should stop feeling entitled. This is a CHINESE app. There are many apps made by English speakers that do not have translations in Chinese. They're not obligated to translate this app for you, just don't download it if that's your main complaint. It's not the app's fault you don't speak Chinese.

I like this app and this app is very good. I can watch all dramas. But if can please work on the english subtitle plss. Their are a lot of international viewers. If you want your app to be popular you gotta add some english subtitles. People from different countries download this app and a lot of people are there who cannot understand chineese so plssss make an english version of this app

If you guys had an English version I would had subscribed VIP, but I can't. I want to use the app but the language barrier is stopping me. So if you guys can't have an international version maybe stop advertising internationally. Thx.

I have star constilation planetarium display item. Turns out you need to put it together. It's all in Chinese. No English instructions are available. The company said install this and should be on here. Well same problem no ENGLISH translation available. Guess I'll never get this thing put together. It be nice if someone would actually care enough to make both English and Chinese instructions when installing apps that are from China & buying Chinese items that were to have been completed.

I did not still download it it's just because in youku there is my favorite show that I always watch even I'd finish the show I still want to show it mind your business 😂😅

I downloaded this app to watch a particular show that had my favourite idol. However like everyone in the reviews, it's difficult for people who can't understand Chinese. I'd be more than happy to pay for the vip IF there were a choice of language. Tldr: Internationals need some help with navigating this app

i cannot use the app! it is chinese only! I have watched shows on youtube with eng subs! i wanted to get the app since i also have viki and kocowa and love many shows! but this one has been a waste of time! Can't enjoy anything! when chinese see our movies it is already translated for them! i been watching meng fei comes across or meg fei drives and i wanted to see it but cant! i also loved the eternal love 1 and 2 seen both on viki! so sad youku discriminates!

It was downloadable and accessible but I hope this app has an editable language feature for fans outside China. I cannot understand a single word since it was written in Mandarin/Cantonese. 😭

sir your app is much more than amazing. It's worth watching. you have viewers world wide. So sir I will like to do a humble request to u PLEASE ADD SUBTITLES TO THE MOVIES. I hope you u do so. Cause us app has all the options and if you add English subtitles then I can say for sure that your app will be the best app in the whole play store.

This app is apparently made for the Chinese market (or users who understand mandarin, like me). Include English subtitles, then this app would be sweet. I know it's not possible to include English subs for every series/shows, but at least make an effort to do so. Anyways, I already know the devs won't do it, so it's pointless to ask.

really bad experience. i installed this app to see some Chinese movie and Chinese Trend music. but it was completely impossible to understand even a single tab. don't install unless you understand Chinese.

The description of the app is in English but after installing there is not an English word. I cannot understand a thing! By installing the app, I thought that I could watch Chinese series and movies with English subtitles, but that is not so.

For all those people saying there are no english subtitles, firstly, this is a chinese APP. It was made for chinese people to watch in CHINA. If you are complaining this app has no english subtitles, go ahead and use an app that has english subtitles. They literally don't need to put english sub titles because it's for chinese people to watch. But I think its a pretty good app.

I Really2x Love to Watching a C-Drama because those of Stories are so Beautiful and You Feel it the Storie., But I Disappointed because they don't have a Choosing LANGUAGE., Yes., I Understand a Little or Simple CHINESE LANGUAGE, but not at All., So I Hope You ADD or SOLVING this PROBLEM a Soon us Possible., Thank You.

U listed in Google App Store mean for oversea user ? However, I purchase VIP still faces Area restriction over because I am not in China, certain drama I am unable to watch? What the point of listed the app in Google? Please kindly remove the app in Google App Store.

Where can I see the settings in Youku so that I can change from Chinese to English language? But it was so difficult for me to look for settings to change to English. I am only give 1 star because it’s not helping me 😢
