I really like the app, but it's being kind of irritating right now. Its saying saying that I need to update to view a post, but I have the most recent version of the app. It also still has a Christmas theme, even though its March.
The best community ever... always supportive and so kind. Wattpad is a big -10 compared to YAA. I've had the best moments of my online experience oh wait- the only best and good moments of online experience there❤❤❤❤ Definitely recommend to any young authors out there!!!
Decent. Pros: I used it for almost a year & experienced no bullying. Self-promoting is allowed. Cons: Despite 17k+ members, there's almost no engagement. Only featured posts get half-decent interaction, but since curators were "hired", they feature their own posts the most, so it's gotten worse. Neutral: Despite name, it's open to all ages, but the majority of users are young. Therefore most posts are random challenges & character drawings. Recommended? Can't say. Enjoyment would be subjective.
The other authors are really nice and supportive and if helps me get in contact with people who are struggling in the same way
just got on it and started figuring it out and its pretty easy to do, and the set up is good :)
It's a very good app I love getting to talk to other writers who support each other

It's actually a really nice place especially if you're looking for advice on your writing or help with making characters or fixing something regarding plot; personally speaking, i think the environment overlap is amazing where everyone sorta just wants to get help our help out or both. If you're a beginner at writing and you're planning to write a story this app can definitely help!
