When paying for an app you expect it to work. Majority of the time, it doesn't load up, if it does it takes forever. In the Guide half of the symptons are blank, no oils suggested, no usage, nothing. most of the time when using the app it freezes and i have to reboot my phone. i really want my money back because this is the worst app ever.
Honest non bias review. I really do love this app. They are missing a bunch of single oils as well as blended oils that are available on their website but not on the app. A great addition would be quick links on the usage guide so you can simply click on the oil/oils and go to them directly instead of having to back out of the usage guide and look that specific oil/oils up. Retail prices would be a great addition as well. The app would really be worth the price if a few critical changes are made
Love the app and the possible capabilities. unfortunately, when I purchased and downloaded and installed, the app doesn't show up on my phone. I have to go to the play store to open it everytime. Not super difficult but just wanted to let people know, if they cant find it.
You have to scroll through the whole list of things instead of touching a letter or having a search bar... i don't like this app at all. It's the exact same information but a lot more difficult to navigate through than another app i have.
I haven't used it a lot yet oh, but the times I have it has been very helpful to find out information about what the oil properties are what it can do especially for the blends to break down exactly what's in them. I also like to be able to look up something that I'm dealing with can stress Etc and be able to find oils that will help with that particular issue.
App is useful but needs a lot of improvement. It always crashes. Better if the the guide have links to the oils mentioned. A good addition is to have tutorials for oil usage and enhance the app design. Make it more up to date.
Not as Expected. This app has a section for adding the oils you have. Will not save them in the provided area. There is a lot of information on the app, but wish I had read the reviews closer. Too much for something that doesn't work as portrayed.
so far I like it very much. it could use a little work. like adding more information about different oils and how you might could use them and what they might help with and it closes without warning or your wanting it to.
it's definitely needs to be improved or I'm going to want my money back the my oils features would be handy except for when I add oils it doesn't work they don't show up in the microwave. Some new Developers need to be brought into place for this app considering how much it cost
I'm not sure if this is an issue just in the Android version or not. I don't see all the products Young Living offers, I can't add to My Oils (though it seems from other reviews that I'm not alone in this issue), and the oils (both single and blends) don't populate quickly. I've waited for quite a while for the Android version, and I'm sincerely disappointed. I'm hopeful that another update will resolve the issues. If they are not resolved, I'm requesting a refund.
I want to love the app...honestly I was excited about the feature to make a list of the oils I have. It would be great if that list actually did something...it's always blank even though I can click on the oils name elsewhere and it will say my oils. It's definitely not worth the money but I like the quick guide I guess. Please fix this...I would love to give 5 stars ..but it would take fixing the list and may be making it so when I search for remedies it will tell me if I have the oils for it I also emailed support with zero response
A complete scam!, this app is absolutely unnecessary and it costs. I thought it would be more interactive, with nice updates and stuff but is not! It tells you all the time that " it needs an update" but there's none available.... I wouldn't recommend this app at all
Great idea, but the complete merchandise list is not available and the "My Oils" section stays blank even though you can add it when in the "Single Oils" section. Not to mention this app has not been updated since 2018! I hope they fix this.
It takes forever to load what I type in the search bar if it doesn't close the whole app before doing so. Its way worse than a free one that I used on my old phone, with all of the YL oils and MORE of the reference book info on it. I am not pleased with the purchase of this app ☹️
This app is clunky with lots of spelling mistakes, doesn't read well, the search doesn't work well and often freezes. Shame to spend money on this one.
So far I am enjoying the information on this app, but it needs to be updated! The inventory is not working on my newer Samsung... keeps telling me to check for updates as some features are not working... would love for this to be more useful.
Very informative app but not much else you can do with it. Could also research this information on the net for free. It does help to have a quick place to go to, to find organised information but not really worth the money, a Google search finds it just as fast.
Terrible. There are extra letters everywhere, completely unrelated descriptions and it doesn't save anything into "my oils". I emailed and never received a response about these issues or about obtaining a refund. Don't waste your money.
i want to love this app it has so much information that you could use that i need to have at my access point anytime wish it would work for me also slowing and making it freezing up my phone and pushing ads all the time i paid for this app to help me with my young living Essential oils. so disappointed in this app
I would like to see more information or broader search capabilities. You have to search in multiple sections to find what you need. And, there are some performance issues with the app.
I paid and installed the app but now it says that it's build for an older version of Android. Please update the app, because currently I've paid for something I can't use because half of the functionality is not working.
This app is straight to the point, practical, and easy to navigate. I'm glad I spent the 7 petty euros because now i actually know how to properly use so many of the oils i had that came free from the ER program.
I love this app because it was so effective as I am learning about my new oils and their uses but I can not save the oils into the section for my oils. Can this possibly be corrected.
My Oils portion still doesn't work. Have a hard time using the search function also but at least it does have information available for which I'm looking, just have to work harder to find it.
giving this app a 1 star. needs fixed and updated. cant even save oils to my own list. really disappointed that i paid money for an app that does nothing and looks like it was half way build
Awesome on the go reference guide. I haven't had troubles loading yet. So far so good. Purchased a few days ago. Worth $ listed.
Not an effective app to use. It crashes a lot, constantly asks for reviews, often doesn't load, lots of spelling mistakes, poor grammer that sounds unprofessional. Will not recommended similar search results, so if you don't have the correct wording it won't turn up any results. Not at all worth $8.99, and Im disappointed someone actually suggested for me to buy this app.
