I got this app as soon as I started using Blue Cross. But it didn't show my claims. I contacted support and they said they give it a few days. I did, and then I contacted support again. They said they fixed it. Two claims were there. And 6 weeks later, the SAME two claims are there. The app is useless to me since it won't show my claims and it has no information about pharmacy. But yeah, it's easy to use.
App is not very user friendly and the search option is not helpful at all. Was told I could connect my fitbit to app but no information on how to do this, and nothing came up in when tried to search.
Stuck with loading wheel. Cannot create account. Filling in credentials through password manager not working. Didn't recognize mobile number used as link to download app. Not sure what the app is supposed to do for me.
I've been using the app for a few months now and love the features! I'm able to see my claims, deductibles, symptom checker and look for a provider - everything I need in one place!
Had a problem with signing up so I reached out and got help from their support team. They were very responsive to my email and follow up. Would recommend to anyone looking for health care coverage.
The app is finally working, but even I'm using Google Fiber wifi connection, certain content still takes forever to load, such as plan information and doctor search.
This app sucks in everywhere. Creating an account, signing in, using it. Worst app ever. BCBS should have looked at how easy other apps function first.
Used to be great. I have had numerous doctors appointments this year and it's not updating my claims, so I can't view my deductible in real time anymore.
Third time in three months that I'm not able to login and see my plan info or pay my bill. Ridiculous! Now the app can't load my plan info. Smh
It takes 5 minutes to log in. It feels like they're using dial up.
App keeps crashing once i sign in. horrible . uninstalled and reinstalled .. useless App. worst ever.
There's no way to actually take a picture of the ID cards even though the app opens up the camera on my phone.
I really enjoyed the app.. but currently it won't go past the logo screenπ
I think the people at Blue Cross Blue Shield is awesome different light David Lynch you know exactly the information you're looking for I couldn't ask for better π
Poorly designed sign up. App will not allow you to use your web login, but demands the same information.
Can not log in all the time. Also can not change password. Sucks
Confusing and largely non-operational. Can't even locate physicians by name.
Unable to access information once logged in. Program would not load claim info.

Started using this app when I learned about it a few months ago. It's really easy to use. Shows me claims spend to date, where I am with my deductible, my providers and more. It even holds a picture of my ID card so I'm always able to find it. Great job!
