The APP generally is good however lately there have been issues with it.. It is forever kicking us out and can't log back in.. It would be great to have direct access/info to our Visa Cards through our app. Overall, it's a great APP and easy to use to do all our online banking needs.
Doesn't work half the time, fails to load or won't process transactions. Yall really need to get a developer to work on this because half the time I end up having to use the website to do my banking because the app is non-responsive.
It's buggy. Sometimes you can't log in, sometimes you have to log in a few times. It's slow and a bit cumbersome. It's like an app that's a few years behind.
I can't access my 24/7 app. Apparently the app is not compatible with my device. You guys selling phones now?
I find the app is efficient and easy to use. It suits my needs.

This app is GARBAGE. If I could rate it less than 0, I would. I'm ON THE INTERNET ATTACHED TO MY WIRELESS NETWORK frequently and I try to check my accounts and the app continuously says "No Mobile Carrier or WiFi Network Connection Available at this time. Check your settings." Happens ALL THE TIME. Pure garbage.
