The app does not work with the Samsung galaxy note 9. The app crashes upon opening. The tracker is alright. It is made of good material and the screen and button work. However the clock is not set and you need the app to set it and the steps tracker is not accurate at all. The product is not worth buying. It is affordable but it is not worth it. You might as well buy an actual Fitbit that works and is very expencive. Not happy with this product.
I dont usually rate apps, but this was very disappointing, and I can see I'm not the only one. I have a Pixel 2 and the app will not open at all. Uninstalled, reinstalled, unistalled then restarted the phone and reinstalled. Still nothing. The watch has been charged fully and this is the only app I have ever had trouble with on this phone. Since the Pixel 2 is a very popular phone this is a pretty glaring flaw. Very unhappy.
It's nice, but very glitchy. I keep on getting these things that say, "Warn, band automatically disconect" that plays this weird music. That stupid music woke me up at 12:30am and played about 3 times. I only was able to get 1 hour of sleep before that music started playing. This is weird because I don't have a mii band 2. I wasn't getting them when I didn't have the app, but now that I do I'm getting the warn thingies over and over again. I've deleted the app and haven't gotten anything yet.
This band gave me a giant headache. It was $5 at target so I shouldn't have expected too much I guess. It wouldn't count my steps accurately, and tracked my sleep incorrectly. There was one night in which I stayed out late and didn't get home until 2am. Didn't have it on at all throughout the night. The next morning it read that I had been asleep by 11p and woke up at 7a. Just made up data. Plus, I realized it would mess with my bluetooth. Got rid of the app and the watch.
I know it's cheap, but the step tracker is super sensitive and counts steps when I'm sitting in bed or driving. There is no way to adjust that. The sleep count is waaaaay off! when I slept from 1am to 7am it said I was asleep for over 8 hours, & it was even worse on another night. Finally, the band isn't secure & falls off even though it seems tight. I'm going back to the $5 pedometer I got that doesn't sync, or count sleep but counts steps more accurately (can adjust stride) for 1/2 the price.

The watch notifies me of texts and calls just as i expected and wanted it to. It's no fancy fitbit or iWatch obviously but you should expect that for the price. I also had the issue with the annoying alarm that it had disconnected because I was too far from my phone but I just turned off the "Lost Function" in the "My Device" settings and it fixed that. Deducted 1 star because I had to figure this out myself. No FAQ. My daughter has one as well and we have step contests. Overall very happy.
If I could give this app negative stars, I would. I have emailed them 2 weeks ago and still not gotten a response. It still doesn't even open at all!! 😤 Pixel 2xl and this app doesn't even open! My Bluetooth is connected but it doesn't do anything at all. Not the time, not the date, nothing. Useless!!!
I am unable to pair my tracker to my phone.i was so excited to try this tracker out, but I can't even set it up. I tried everything suggested and nothing worked. I even checked to make sure the Bluetooth on my phone was compatible. I just think it's a shame to put out an affordable product and not put the time and effort into to the app so people can use your product.
Originally I gave this app 1 star because I got the watch, and the app did not work on any of my devices, it only showed a blank screen. Since then I had to recieve a replacment phone (Pixel 2, same model I had previously). I reinstalled the app and it works! I'm guessing there was an update to the program, because I tried EVERYTHING So 3 stars because the product now works, 2 stars have been deducted because I waited literally a year and a half to use the watch I bought at Target..
DOES NOT WORK ON GOOGLE PHONES. I bought the fitness tracker before realizing that the app wasn't compatible with my phone. I emailed them to see if they planned on coming out with a version that worked. They responded basically just sayibg to return the tracker. Frustrating.
Bought an activity tracker for my young son wanted one. First the app doesn't install on iPad (he's too young for a phone), so I tried installing on my Pixel 2 Android 9 phone. Crashes every single time you try to open the app. Utterly useless. Can't even set the correct time or date on the tracker to use it without the app. Returning this POS.
A lot of the pictures in the App Store show buttons that aren't actually available in the app. It works okay I guess. But it doesn't do all the things it says it does. I wish there was another app I could connect to this activity tracker.
can't access most features, not accurate on step count, can't change date or time. can only send emails to company... no phone, text, or chat. it is synchronized but my phone is not getting the step count, no SMS & text reminders. no inactivity alert, no instructions,
Worked just fine up until I got a system update. After that, the app keeps crashing everytime I try to open it. Not sure if that's something normal after getting a system update.
alas, it appears that this app doesnt work with the pixel phones at all, as i have a pixel 3 and the app will also not open at all on mine. will be returning the tracker immediate, bc, what's the point of keeping it?
Excellent app, just one small problem. It tends to be a bit of a downer app. When I have my step goal set for 3,000 say I get in 3,500 steps. The quality on the app still says "failure"! Even yesterday when I got a total of 4,061 steps- out of a 3,000 step goal- it STILL SAID "FAILURE", WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE CHANGED TO "QUALIFIED"! What gives!? I think the quality should say "qualified", once you actually OBTAIN your step goal!
App keeps force closing, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Makes my wristband basically useless. Can not change the time on my Activity Tracker Wristband without a working app! Waste of money, even for the low price I paid for it.
bought trackers for my family. and cant even open the app. it shuts down before it even starts. tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on multiple phones to no avail. hope the issue gets fixed, so i didnt just waste all that money. 😒
Fit band works very well, but sometimes it has a delay. Also it keeps popping off my arm. However it was very inexpensive, so I just deal with the little gliches. Overall a good product.
For how much the band/watch costed, it does as much as I think it should, along with the app. However, one of things I most looked forward to about the app—the sleep graph—does not work. I've only seen it once and I've never seen it again. There needs to be another update for this particular thing. Otherwise, I don't really have a need for the watch+app. I hope it gets fixed and I can continue enjoying the product.
