The Your Flex Benefits mobile app makes accessing your Mercer Marketplace Spending, Savings and Reimbursement Accounts powered by TRI-AD easy and convenient! Your Flex Benefits allows you to take your accounts with you wherever you go – 24/7 - to ensure you get the most out of your benefit dollars.
To use Your Flex Benefits mobile app you must register within the app, creating a Username and Password. Once you’ve created your account, simply use the Username and Password you created to access your accounts.
The features available in Your Flex Benefits mobile app allow you to:
· Check your account balances
· View claim status
· Manage your providers
· View information on your benefit elections, payments and contributions
· Submit a claim right from your mobile device
· Use your device’s camera to take a picture of your receipt and upload the image directly to your account
· Manage your Personal Profile and sign up for Account Alerts
· Report your Mercer Marketplace Benefits Card lost or stolen
· Order additional or replacement Benefits Cards for you and your eligible dependents
· Review online resources regarding eligible expenses, benefit summaries and more

hard to use and a horrible interface. it functions for the BARE minimum needs. Why bother being an app?! It gets worse every year amd functions pop up only when it feels like it. Trash app and you all should be ashamed.
Doesn't let you login and when you hit Forget Password, it gives you a server error. Complete waste of time!!! I'd recommend going directly to their website, but even that's not the most user friendly thing in the world.
For those who having trouble, it doesn't matter if you have a account with them, you have to resign up with the same log in and password. It's silly I know, but it finally worked for me. So "Resign up" on the app. Just copy and paste all your info over.
This app made it so much easier to process claims and check on my account.
Since January 2020, the app will not let you select which of your accounts your claim is against. My medical claims are all now rejected because the app only lets me claim against the dependant care account. On the plus side I turned on fingerprint sign-in, much better than all the sign in headaches and frequently need to change passwords of the past.
Unbelievable, waste of time. It takes an hour to set up, it glitches and kicks you off. The intent may good, but id does not work.
App does not let me login and yes I do have the right login details. Too many other users have the same problem so please fix it!

I can't log in. I don't care to call you. Every time I select "forgot password" it gives a server error. Pretty useless.
Registration leaves a lot to be desired. There are multiple screens to go through, and if I switched to another app (e.g. my password manager) in the middle of the process, I had to start the whole process over again. In addition, the login credentials are different from the Mercer Marketplace website, including shorter maximum lengths for both user name and password. 3 stars at the moment just because I haven't tried the app and I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for now.
