I have been using this app for years now...before it was available in the Playstore...and this is the first time that I have had any problems with this app...I had been paying the monthly subscription for some time and 4 days after paying my account was suddenly not in the database and I was really hurt behind that. Apparently they have some type of system flaws or something at the moment and hopefully they get this resolved. The connection before November was awesome but now it's constantly disconnecting 😔 I love YourFreedom so much that I actually created another account and paid for another month 😔 hopefully they get everything back in order n I would really hate to give them anything less than 4 stars at the moment. Developers please hurry to get things right with the app ☺

Honestly I'm a bit disappointed. I expected more from this app. I even bought the Mobilefreedom plus but It doesn't work with my telkom, Vodacom and cell c simcards. I can connect with my mtn sim but it disconnects after I exceed 30mb. Please fix this problem in time.. I don't want my money to go to waste.

Ever since the latest update whenever I try to connect I get disconnected after few seconds I'm connected to dns and that is a bit of annoying... I hope it's going to be fixed soon. Still the app isn't fixed... Receive rate doesn't even work making the app useless... Come on fix your app!!!!!!!

Very awesome app. I love it. BUT: DNS mode search not working. In searching wizard says 28 connect way found. OK. But after complete search, list of connections is empty!!!. (This problem in android client, not see in Windows client). Please fix it. Very thanks.

I have used this app for about a year now and recommended it to so many of my friends. its only recently that my battery got swollen and died on a relatively new phone. i came to realise my friends too who had been using the app had their batteries swell and some had their phones totally ruined and i strongly believe its this app causing that. other problems include over heating and rapid battery drain when using the app, unexpected reboots, phone freezing and the app taking long to connect.

I used to use this app 2 years back and it served the purpose at a slow speed. Now I'm started using it again on Redmi 5 pro it gets connected but nothing works. I thought it's slow and spent hours with the connection but it never loaded anything . Disappointed!

In uganda it has just stopped working, its connection has worsened it only shows 0.1kbps which cant even load a web page. Honestly i am frustrated with this problem after me paying for 3 month on mobileplus and this happened not later than two days. Sincerely you have to do something to let us benefit our subscription. However u need to update ur servers as well because there connection has worsen. In uganda ur customers are about to in loose trust in u.

This one is one of the many application i always have it,its Amazing,makes me have access to internet 24|7,i wish there is 20 stars would have given then,next time is to explore the computer option,need to test how it works but on my mobile phone its perfect.

I don't have a stable Network anytime I connect it And when I use it to play my games it's so slow because of the network hold backs of the app. At times it doesn't even work at all. The byte sent is sometimes greater that bytes received making me unable to load my games

This is the worst VPN in the history of all worst VPNs. I wish I could give a -5 star. Subscribed for the 3month plan hoping to enjoy it but I've not been able to browse much less download. It's been a month and I've not been able to even use 2mb of data. Waste of money and time. Don't download!

This VPN is playing with me..im using it for almost 3 months but now things are getting really really stupid..the thing doesn't work like before( though it was slow since the beginning).. the connection stays only for 1 to 2 minutes and then it fall i cant even watch video on YouTube..what a waste

I rate this service an unfair rate at the beginning of my subscription. However after a lot of try and struggle finally i understand that anyone who his new with this service have to go through those struggle. But still i will advise the team to build and extend the app with an online support or live. Please that will be great. Great job after all. Lov u guys

Awesome client works in times when other clients fail to connect. It was working fine till 28 February on Jio network but it stopped working after that and isn't even able to find a single way to connect. I had purchased premium membership but now there are no ways to connect. Please update the client so that our problems get addressed. Love From Kashmir

I live in kashmir India and govt here always stops the internet connectivity whenever something strange happens here. I was using this app as a premium and was able to connect the internet even if they had stopped it but now it doesn't work anymore. I wish Your freedom team could find any other solution to it.

I don't know how other people seem to enjoy their service. But this is totally trash to me... My account keeps getting disabled every single time I connect..from any of their servers(honeypot up which doesn't reflect on the app during the short time it connects) . What sort of VPN service providers does that to it's users. I sent mail complain and ask for help.. I couldn't get a reply up till now... I really regret using this guys

I am really angry and frustrated at the moment. I subscribed for mobile plus less than 4hrs ago and I got a message my account has been disabled. What could have been my offense. The auto generated mail only stated I was disabled due to spam. I tried clicking on the link to rectify error and all I could get was "captcha incorrect" . This is so disappointing

I have subscribed to six months but the app keeps on reducing its speeds to almost zero. I find that I have to first disconnect and then connect again. the cycle then repeats itself. why BFF is this happen

Good app, but it uses lots of battery power, but hey, it does what it says it will, no ads, thats a big plus, and fairly depemdable with rarely amy servers down. I recommend it. You will probably not find anything better guys

It is the best app ever it provide unlimited data. I prefer you guys improving the payment method which of course I don't have a PayPal. Credit or debit card usage is my option right now. So please let us subscribe with our cards.

Well this is the best reliable VPN i have used so far and its amazing since you got everything you need in one application and the speeds are good i am only having difficulty in uploading but download is just amazing keep up the good work Your freedom team😍

This app is really great. The developers did a great job. It works with most of my ISPs . What makes me rate 3/5 for this app is it annoyning disconnecting problem during download, so you have to baby-sit your downloads. please make your servers more stable and most people will rate 5/5. looking forward to that

I have this VPN since last month. this VPN can connect but it's doesn't want to open Facebook,Browers and all social media. am thinking maybe the problem in the Bandwidth limits which is 64KB/s. Please 🙏🏿 try to increase the Bandwidth limit to 245KB/s if u do that hmn then I will give 5 stars. Internet is one of the cheap thinks in our country here so help me. oh maybe problem in my settting🤷🏿

I rate this 5starts cuz I know what they can offer to me I can't get any Where else. Which is DNS mode,I don't care it disconnect more often but its in the nature of this type of connection. I encourage the developers to keep working on it and and Make it better as years goes by and anyone who knows what I am talking about would feel the love I have for this app. U guys made me a great deal so I can connect now to internet where I would be lost. This app is turning out to be the worst Vpn ever. I used to like it when it all connected perfectly. Suddenly nothing is working anymore in kenya. Yet i have paid for premium. To the developers just enjoy my remaining premium subcription amount for nothing in return at all....

This consumes a lot of ram in Android 10 and shuts down abruptly even when it wasn't optimized on battery and limit background process to just 4. Developers should review this in coming updates so I can rate 5 stars.

It's excellent app my download speed runs upto 15mbps, it was disconnecting but I protected it and now it can run upto 6hours without disconnecting, efficient for live streaming and all sorts.

Offers good speed but the VPN connection speed drops out after 10 minutes and needs to be disconnected and then again connected. Kindly fix this.

This app has been helpful to me. I am from Liberia, West Africa. I want to upgrade from mobile plus to basic but I am finding it difficult to purchase my package with my debit visa card. What is the way forward?

This app is great for network. but it keeps crushing . I payed for 1 month connection and the following day the app was not working in my region. Do something about your settings. 2 stars now but you deserve a 5 star if the connection comes back.

Excellent tech that works as designed in contrast to what some individuals say. I love to upgrade to have the full benefits of the app.
