The Mobile Banking App is free to download. There are no charges from Farmers State Bank of Calhan/Ellicott/Falcon, but your mobile device carrier may charge access fees depending upon your individual plan. Web access is needed to use The Mobile Banking App. Check with your carrier for specific fees and charges. Any fees for optional transactions will be identified during registration for Online Internet Banking Services and can be viewed on our website https://yourfsb.com.

Protect your Internet Login ID and Password – these are used to gain access to the FSB Internet Banking and should be kept confidential at all times. Bank employees will request your Login ID when accessing our account profile, but should never ask for any other part of your login information (ie: Password or Access Code). For your protection, we recommend that you change your Internet Password regularly, our system will require password changes every ninety (90) days. It is recommended that you memorize your Password and do not write it down. You are responsible for keeping your Password, Login ID and other account data confidential. To help protect against unauthorized access, you should not send your secure login information over any public or general email system or leave your computer unattended while you are connected to our FSB Internet Banking System.

Having a awful time getting into app. I have had this app for 19 year and this year I have had nothing but issues. I have to delete the app and re-download to be able to get into it once.
Works great when it will load but it rarely loads. I have to constantly uninstall and then reinstall sometime 2 or 3 times then it'll load for 2 or 3 days then have to repeat the process.
It never wants to load, it's always having issues connecting with the bank. It's just easier to go online than it is to use the app.
App only works if you log in daily, the password reset system simply doesn't work. I've used small banks before and this is the actual worst. Will be switching banks at my earliest convenience

Cant stand this app. It only opens half the time. I have to uninstall and reinstall all the time.
I really like this app. The only issue I'm having is with the mobile deposit, I can't use it because the RDC isn't available.

I've had a bad experience with this app I do not recommend it it locked me out of my account so I'm going to remove this app you need to fix it!!!
Never wants to load 😒 I have so many problems with his app and top It off when I go online to try to Sign in it says that I am not authorized 🤦♀️🤦♀️
You have to reinstall every time you want to log in. 2 years of effortless deposits until recently.
Cannot get the app to download and when i did it locked me out...

I liked the old app color better. I originally complained about it because the app was just white background with thin red lettering and nothing else, no other colors and no borders. Plus the text didn't fit on the screen. Today I opened it up and it is completely different with colors and shading and curved edges and everything fits fine. Looked like a kid did it before but now it's nice. Must have been a bug
I like the convenience of the mobile app. Just wish was available for my Samsung Tablet. But as other reviewer mentioned once you log off the app doesn't close.

this banks online service is honorable. I spend more time trying to log on than is I just go to the drive up in Falcon. Useless
So I've been using the same password and user name all the time and actually I saved it with my Google account and finger prints and my account got locked for no reason . Also the updates takes so long ... This is not a really good app
