It can be a long wait but very good responses back which is very helpful. Choice of free consultation or paid that helps suits are needs & benefits. There is also vary choices of professional Dr's depending on your situation. I would definitely recommend to others.
Even tough i didn't spent any money still i got free consultancy from an doctor , the help service is very effective, they will answer any problem you are facing on this app on whatsapp with a very quick response time . No matter which country you belong it will help you in a way you prefer . thumbsup for the app team

This app is better than others which only use AI to give the suggestions. It is really nice that it won't cost a lot for the consultation. Yet, hope it can support more payment method

this is a great app and i am very satisfied with the answers they give even free of cost. but if you want you will pay and get much better consultation. doctors here are professional and really very well.
Well I'm surprised I had a whatsapp chat. I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for talking to the doc for an urgent issue. Not everyone has the money for it. The doctor answered anyway and nicely too but it's not free for long. I'm not really wowed by the app.
this app is very helpful i got to know from one contact of my whatsapp she expalined all terms and condition so well that i was soo curious to know more about it, as i dont use fb so i can get tips from this app all doctor i saw are well qualified if needed i will surely consult .. i must say you people are doing a great job awareness is a difficult task especially health tips useful + knowledgeable .. keep going your team go up to 5star for sure.. i would appriciate you people for this gbu😊

Your health key is excellent site , doctors as well as front desk top staff is very cooperative, response very fast, doctor prescribe less medicine having maximum efficacy, so I think best treatment option on this site, I think everything is already best nothing to improve.

During lockdown period, this app helped me to have a conversation with doctor and we can easily attach pictures and documents which doctors can see and prescribed medicines accordingly... M happy with the service....👍

The service is a bit slow. Even the refund issued is after some deduction not the entire amount.

They really help out. The doctors are very helpful . There iss indeed the free consultation section so it is not misleading. I am grateful for them cause if it wasn't for their advice i would not have known certain things. I think they should arrange it so that free consultation is a little more easier to find though.
