I was excited to find this app at first. No one wants to pay their mortgage by snail mail. However, the next time I went to use it, there were no fields to enter login information, just a drawing of a neighborhood with moving clouds. I'll correct this review if the devs read my email and fix the issue Samsung A32

Like others are mentioning, the app continually forgets your saved fingerprint, username, password etc. So that takes from the ease of access. Beyond that it does make payments easier and I've never had an issue in the department. I would like the ease of access login fixed though for sure.

My last review seems to have been deleted. Odd. Anyhow- it logs you out very quickly, forgets your saved information, has no quick access login, no dark mode and a blinding white background, no amortization tables, no way to see your linked account info... All in all, it seems like it was released halfway finished.

Very bare bones, hardly functional. In the payment category, there's only an option to add additional payment to principal for up to 3 months at a time and a note "this is not the same functionality as autopay"... Literally the only thing people would want this app for is adjusting autopay, adding a payment to principal and checking the balance of their mortgage. This app somehow fails to accomplish those very reasonable objectives. Please add "SEE AUTOPAY" and "MAKE CHANGES TO AUTOPAY".

I use a password manager to generate actual secure passwords. Autofilling is actively disallowed by the app. Discouraging such tools will result in less secure passwords for your clients. I'll be using the website because it doesn't impose such ridiculous limitations on important tools. Update: Still a terrible idea to use this app. Use the website.

It works properly but It's a vague app. not alot of detail. An option to pay with debit or credit card would be nice instead of having to wait days for the payment to process.

Bad functionality. App made like a new developer made it. Most importantly no saved payment options. Continuously enter your routing and account number. Never saves pin or biometric scanner to login The account detail screen is marginal. Not user friendly. Considering I'm a software engineer I would require fixing the app or give you your money back.

UPDATED REVIEW ON SEPT 17, 2021: This app is so much better now with the recent update. Now, the app does allow for proper login via fingerprint and doesn't "forget" the setting. And if I sign in manually, it actually remembers the device and doesn't send a PIN to my email every time.

no one wants to pay their mortgage, everyone needs to pay their mortgage. this app makes it easier and pretty to look at. then they take a huge chunk from your account and you just sit there and wonder when you'll be free and can delete this app and relax, but, until then, this app does a great job of paying my monthly mortgage.

App works as expected once you are logged in but I continually have the same issue when trying to login using fingerprint. The app asks for a 6 digit pin which is set up at time of finger print verification, after using my fingerprint it asks for my pin then says an error occurred and I have to go back and type in my password to log in. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled and set up new pins, but it never works as expected.

Great app for easily paying your bills. What I don't like is no matter how many times I sign in on the same phone, it sends me email verification codes every single time because it "doesn't recognize" the device I've used every single time I pay my mortgage.

No option to save credentials and use biometric login. No ability to assign a nickname to different linked accounts. Payment processing is slow. This app is about 20 years behind the times, but does technically work...so there's that at least.

doesn't remember my info when I have it set up and have to enter sign in manually. I don't like the password requirements, there is no need for them to require the 10 or more characters. but over all it fills its main purpose of being able to pay my mortgage.

When it worked it was okay. Currently broken with login issues. Once I log in it starts to initialize app for your account but then goes back to login page. I've done the usual clearing storage and cache, uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

Very convenient as oppose to writing a check every month, but app does not save settings or device. I have to re-enter login info each time even tho I enabled pin and fingerprint, and I have to verify my device even tho it's the same device. Please fix this

I know you have no incentive but really, can you just make it consistent at least? Every single time I login I enable fingerprint and put a pin, add my account number and routing and pay. The next month I have to do it all over again, as well as verify my "new" device which is still the same one every time. Is it too much to ask to have that data be remembered for my account on my phone? I give it 2 star because it's at least better than signing in on the browser.

Do not download app. Parent company is called "Dovenmuehle Mortgage". Once it's linked to your mortgage your credit will be hit and the score will go down. It's now listed as an associated account on my credit + my original mortgage account (reflects that I have an enormous debt-income ratio). Have no idea how to fix this. Spoke with parent company appears on credit report; they're researching it and this could take up to 30 days. Credit report companies don't know what else to do but refute.

I like the convenience of being able to easily make a payment through the app. I'd like to see support added for saving login information or perhaps fingerprint authorization for improved ease of access.

Can't log into my account through this app. It always says " an unexpected error has occurred. Try again later". I use the same login info on the website, and it works perfectly fine.

I can't make a payment I go into the app click make payment then review payment and pay now then i get prompted to a terms and conditions screen with no way to go past it. I do like that I can log in now but thats not very helpful if I can't make any payments on the app.

Just a ton of little things that make it a cumbersome experience. No autofill option and no remember me option when you open it is disappointing. No chat functionality like the browser pay system.

When it works it's functional but never recognizes my phone, never remembers to use fingerprint, never remembers log in info. Currently stuck in a loop at log in screen. Bonus points because the web page doesn't allow payments on mobile devices. I guess I don't have to pay? Why do businesses make it harder to give them money?

Took 5 minutes to set up and works perfectly. Fingerprint access and all. No complaints! Compaints about the six digit code issue are human error. Check your spam folder for the email with the six digit code. Input the correct code once then log in successfully to bypass that issue in the future. Read the directions.

Trying to create an account to login and use the app to set up auto draft. Entered my accoint info and everything exactly correct. "Can't find your loan info." what junk software.

There's no way to link mortgages on this app except your first mortgage with them. I'm sure it could be a simple fix. I've called 6 times, each time for an hour with tickets put in to tech, with no resolution.

I would rate this app a zero if I could. It auto closes as soon as you get logged on. I barely get a glimpse of my account before I am back out to the log-in screen. Completely useless.

I just downloaded the app. When I open it there is no login, just an animated picture of a neighborhood. I am also unable to login to the website. It only shows a loading circle

Please include the "Add Loan" feature into your app. It is frustrating to have to go to your website to do that instead of in the app since you continue to buy up so many people's mortgages.

This app constantly forgets my information. Every time I log in I have to put in my credentials, I I tell it to save and register my fingerprint and the very next time I log in I have to do it all over again. Makes for a terrible experience

App never works. Haven't been able to login for a while now. Always says"an unknown error has occured. Please try again later." Even when it did work I had to enter my login info every time.
