I would like audible directions sooner and later. Show specific routes on shorter busier sections. More directional signals and audible lane guidance and lane changes. Screens the size of tablets. Maps that stay visible even when touched. Maybe a code word to change if needed. Tell upcoming gas or needed items, oil etc.
I just finally opened up this app after 2 months with my new phone because Google Maps blows this out of the water and it's free also. you have to download the map for offline use and you have to download 1/3 of the country all at once! What a waste!
They trick unsuspecting people into subscribing for premium version no better than any other free app. Then there is no way to cancel. If you have this on your phone delete it before you get your wallet drained.
I would rate this application zero. This application has stolen money from me for over one year, maybe more. Since I purchased my newest phone. I have been fighting with my cell phone company due to the fact that I never gave consent to this application and it has been a nightmare to cancel $8.00 per month. Today they have placed a request for cancelation and will reimburse me for 2 months. I am on the breaking point to notify a legal department.
You sneaked this app subscription in and when I called US cellular to cancel they claimed it was impossible. I talked to Google, they said it was impossible, I went over my subscriptions, nothing there. Soo, for a long time, well over a year I had no way of getting this payment off my bill. I found it hilarious because help points me to US cellular customer service. you have stolen a decent chunk of cash from me($400+) Today I finally fat fingered a hidden link that allowed me to cancel. Crooks!
really mad. I was charged 7.99 for this and it is not even on my phone!!! Not listed in my subscriptions, either. How do I get this refunded???? Update 11/19/19 Still getting charged and don't have this app! Not in subscriptions!! Tried to download to see if I could cancel and won't even text the code. I am furious.
Good so far. Gets me true directions when the GPS on my car won't. Only 4 stars because it drops at times even if I have good signal on my phone. So far I haven't been charged for using navigator but I'll watch close after reading other reviews.
Works good for the directions I used during my free trial. Since there's a monthly charge I probably won't keep it. Especially when I can get same features on plenty of free apps.
lacks basic and obvious functions. deleting old requests, saving new ones, using the map to identify locations etc. No thanks. Appreciate the auto billing though. ..NOT!
Embedded in my US Cellular phone. Stock version, after a factory reset, says it does not support my current display setting. Someone wasn't paying attention. Anyways, it isn't free, and is now unwanted.
TERRIBLE! Do not use this app. They charge you on your carrier bill even after its been canceled. There is no support. had to have carrier block the app. Even says i do not have any devices and still they charge.
Automatic subsciption & BILLING activates without my approval or knowledge. Just touched the icon on screen. Terms and conditions discovered AFTER accidental activation. HATE it! Killed it, deleted ASAP. Now I have to gind out how to discontinue this unwanted obligation... via "customer service" with the distant 3rd party provider of the thing...
Its mostly been positive. I had a few times when the system took me to the wrong spot. I also had a problem where the road was closed and the system kept directing me to the route which was closed.
Uninstalling. Getting charged on my bill, unable to access menu to cancel subscription, no message sent to activate account. Totally dissatisfied with this.
I would rate 0 stars if I could. Why would I pay 8$ a month or 2$ a day for what I can get for free using google maps? I already pay for unlimited cellular phone and data service, and they want me to pay them just to use my data on their own app?! Ridiculous!
You tricked me into getting it. My phone would not operate out of your acceptance screen, until I agreed to a 30 day free trail. I want to end the free trial immediately.

I am being charged $7.99 per month for this app on my us cellular bill by Telenav. And I never use it. US cellular said that I have to unsubscribe to it but they could not help me. And I sent messages to Telenav with no response. What a scam
Somehow I activated this on my phone. Didn't want it, don't want it. I followed the instructions to unsubscribe, still getting billed for it. Why would I use this when google maps is free and works great ?
I got a new phone and now I can't get an activation code, I have never had any problems with this until now, it's maddening when they ask for your number and say a code is being sent and never arrives, I have deleted, rei stalled many times and still the same problem, fix this issue
Not pleased that this app is easily accessed by people hacking into personal mobile phones and then charges accruing onto their phone bill. Not cool.

I deleted this from both phones and I have been charged every month for the last 2 years. I feel like a lawsuit could sort this out, as I nor my wife has ever subscribed to this garbage.
Could not enter address to desired location. . Using voice mode did not work. Very annoying!
I liked the deluxe navigator I had a good idea where I was going the navigator just made me feel better. There was no way I could get lost.
Tried 10 times to get an activation code sent to my cellphone with absolutely no response. Don't download this app. Waste of time. Uninstalled.
Today is the first time I have used this. In general it's great. Sometimes it tells you to turn as you're passing the street. Then tells you to turn on the next one as it passes by and so on. I asked it to find me the nearest Walmart in a new town. It took me to the heart of the poorest section and announced I'd arrived. Yikes! I gave it a do-over and it found WM a few miles away - but then again was telling me to turn as I passed by.
Its very easy to navigate and very useful information about surrounding areas and helps you find your way around with little to no problems at all.
Need total map layoot redesign. Like it needs to be similar to VZ nagivator that is more realistic.
Two different female voices talking over each other and giving contradictory directions. One says turn right, the other says turn left. Most horrible, pathetic excuse for navigation EVER. I was in a free month trial, and I called the number to cancel. Guy didn't speak English worth a flip. I have no idea if it's canceled or not.
