Either deliberately designed to penalise the customer or an oversight? This app doesn't allow you to set the parking start time in the past so if you do exceed your free parking period, you have no way of actually paying for the extended period. And you can't contact anyone as the contact us and what's app buttons don't work. Probably the worst parking app there is.
Finally downloaded the app, which took nearly half an hour, but won't move on from the title screen. Had to reboot the phone to get it working. Once in, the app is very poorly designed and not intuitive at all. The 2 car parks in Croydon are the wrong way round, you have to pay for Central even though you are parking in Whitgift.
Used the app 3 times now and so far it has worked perfectly. One thing that could be improved is to give an more accurate description of where the carparks are located. Struggled to find some of them. All in all I'd recommend the app and the service. Will use again !
Never really had a problem. I like the app....BUT it would be great to be notified of Car Park closure. Arrive to my booked car park only to be turned away as it's closed. Tried contacting customer support via WhatsApp button in app.....doesn't work. Forced to use contact form. Book another space in another car park via app.....get there only to get onscreen notification I'm at the wrong Car Park.....COME ON! Took ticket. Refund request can't be done via app. Has to be done via browser.
Booked and paid for a space today in Brixton for a gig at O2 Academy. Arrived and the car park was absolutely full; cars not just double parked but triple parked. Called the named contact, left a voicemail, unable to contact Customer Service so just left with nowhere to park. There wasn't even room to turn car around as it was so full so had to reverse back out onto the main road and spent extra time trying to find alternative parking. Expect a full refund. Terrible first experience with the app
Looks nice but very temperamental. Needs several attempts. Frustrating to use. Case of style over substance.
Awful communication emailed twice and got no response to my problem. Had to sort it myself. Will be uninstalling this app.
Find another car park. I downloaded the app, registered, and the app failed to find the car park I was in. I tried to call the number as advertised and got a recorded message that also offered no help. I ended up going to a cash point, getting a note changed at a local shop and paying in cash. This car park has ANPR and driving off wasn't an option at nearly 20 minutes later. If the shop had of been closed I woud have been fined. I would select ZERO stars if I could. Make life easier people.
Easy to navigate through to payment, plus, reminders, directions, and printable receipt.
Absolutely brilliant. I don't know Dartmouth at all and was quite concerned about where to park safely for the few days I'm there. I joined this app, found a safe place to park for a very reasonable price. All done very easily and conveniently. An excellent app providing an excellent service for a reasonable price. What more can one ask?
Terrible. Doesn't show any available parking spaces. I have been parking in the same car park for years. Now i can't park there as the app doesn't recignize it. Complete waste of time, avoid the app and find an alternative pay by cash car park.
Giving it 1 star as not possible to give -5. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Booked parking with them which was confirmed by them as well. Didn't find parking space, there is no phone number to contact them either. Was pushed to park using 'on day pricing' at airport. Looking at costs £650+ and these guys have refused any compensation or take any responsibility of the situation. Never trust them!!!! This is first of many reviews that I will give them on public forums. Edit: No response. It is a sham.
I installed the app as requested upon entering a car park in London, set up an account and payment method, registered my vehicle, was told by the app that i would be automatically recorded entering and leaving the car park and charged accordingly, two weeks later I received a penalty notice for parking illegally!!!, the app was utterly useless.
Great App to find parking where public parking is limited.. I.e. near tube stations in North London. Higher recommend.
Terrible, not impressed just to park a vehicle. Ringo or paybyphone much better. Updated 7/4/22 Absolutely shocking service again. Only one machine to use. Machine not working. No sign to state another machine. Then tried the app. On sign up Mobile phone number was invalid to enter. Could not use app. Had to phone number to pay for parking. All this time put another hour on my parking. Disgusting service. Will not use again. Takes your money and wastes your time. Poor poor poor.
Found it difficult to book and pay. Irritating when already parked and wanting to check in to local Premier Inn.
So, I have parked in Morrisons for a year and a half. Suddenly without notice my parking is cancelled and then transferred to a more expensive carpark miles away!! Do not trust this company they are now trying to take £60 for a new space I have not authorized!! I have had to quite my job as I can't afford to park in the area. Absolutely discusted.
It cheaper than,another car park.For people that work in town .it most appropriate the parking and the cost if you are on low wage

I required parking at short notice. I had used Your Parking Space previously and had no hesitation to use it again. The choice of parking in a city centre was perfect. The information about the parking couldn't have been better and the price of £5.50 for 3 hours on a Friday is good.
This is the most stupid app for parking!!!! No clear instructions for payments, no reminders for payments - totally shi. .
Broken app. The 'contact us' page doesn't have any information and the links on it don't work. There is no way to pay for parking sessions in the past, so I'm probably going to be fined because I can't contact anyone about it.
Booking was easy. V good information. Directions via the app to the parking were not clear so it took much longer than anticipated to find the parking venue.
Absolute rubbish. Spent half a hour installing it and trying to make it work. I failed. The alternative parking a7pp I use works perfectly.
App is abysmal, crashes regularly and is poorly laid out.
Don't use this app they over charge to day I was charged over £18 for 2 hours when the rate on site was £7 don't waste your money
Currently sitting in the Premier Inn that advertises free parking, need to check in with this lot though. Tried to do it with this app which bombarded me with a load of ads, such as cooking lessons?? when I scanned the QR code. Eventually got through all that and it started kind of working. There is no "staying at the hotel - no charge" option. The receptionist took my reg number and said it would be OK. I hope so. This is very poor indeed.
Once good, now terrible! The app doesn't work. Quote for my parking was different to the final fee, which was then different AGAIN from what was charged to my card. My departure time was set to a date BEFORE my arrival time and there was no way to edit that before or after booking. WhatsApp customer service nonexistent. Requested refund but not hopeful I'll get any response. Total shambles compared to the useful parking tool it once was.
