Yay back to 5*! :) It's not perfect, but I tried a few and while the interface is arguably not the prettiest or smoothest, it gives me functionality I want: a unified inbox (kind of), a calendar with reservation and price overview and (this is a big one and the only one in a mobile app) the ability to change prices, minimum stay and rule-set all from the app calendar. Message automation is also great. Price is competitive too if you don't want to be robbed by Tokeet when adding all the extras
Nice app but many features are needs to be added as per Host requirements but guesty support never takes feedback.
Update: Very poor customer service and overlapping booking issues is something that host need to consider with this app. I guess it is too buggy. It takes almost a week to get your email response which is real issue here. My Original Review: Love this software. It is really affordable and effective for hosts who wants to manage their listing like a pro.
App doesn't seem to be storing details, constantly having to log back in.
The app is slow, too slow. Randomly loses login causing that you need to re-enter your password. Also when getting a notification for a new reservation, you click on the notification, you see the reservation for several seconds, and then the app goes back to login window.
I recently lost my confidence in this great platform due to too many unexpected overbookings. Overall I estimate this app to be good enough to receive 5 stars despite some issues. I appreciate new features being added regularly and reasonable level of customer support when investigating the source of a problem.
Have used for years but in recent months app and website have become so buggy that it is almost unusable. It is annoying that to have a native connection with AirBnB, you are forced to use this app's calendar only for pricing, which is far inferior to AirBnB's pricing calendar.
I have used the app for two years and was very happy with the functionality and support. A few months ago it was acquired by guesty and it has become unusable.... double bookings every other day and no reaction from the support team. Stay away from this app and from guesty.
The app is quite slow and it would benefit from some redesign. Using YourPorter also resulted in multiple double bookings (it was concluded that it was the fault of the software - not our settings).
Keeps getting better & better. More features are being added all the time. And, customer service is quick to reply and help with any problem. Helps me run my business like a pro, highly recommend!
This app is one of the worst apps for airbnb. As a super host with over 100 properties we were looking for an app that allowed us to build a website and do automation and sync with airbnb which this app does do. VERY VERY POORLY. to the point where it glitches ans prevents you from making adjustments on airbnb. The custom website is not custom at all. Its just a basic template and automatically downloads all your pics from airbnb.Then ita completely dependent on airbnb pricing Don't use this App
Easy to sync and interact with multiple platforms. Automation tools make it easier to assign tasks. clear displays make it simple to read at a glance. Really good app.
Generally it's good but there are bugs and the support is totally unhelpful. It is as good as sending a message to yourself. They give generic answers which are totally untrue. It's a pity that an otherwise good app iss spoiled by bugs and unhelpful support
A little slow but does what I need it to at a great price. Especially love the auto email series that detects the guest language and responds. Love the whatsapp integration.
This app is really a game changer for me . It makes managing the rental service so much easier and i dont even use half the features.

The app is no longer working with the update
It's become complicated. I can't figure out how to add a cleaning cost as a one off, I don't want to double book my cleaners, was just hoping to include my costs in one app. Still no darkmode, so when it's 4am like today and I'm trying to set this up I'm blinded by the light. Where is this booking website that's supposedly included? Update Mar/22. App is awful. Breaks connectivity, have to reset icals often, but you only find that out when you realize you haven't been booked in ages.
